Affiliate Lounge (betsson)

I joined Affiliate Lounge, reps for betsson, casinoeuro and cherry 3 weeks ago. Now I have 5500 clicks and no registries. 5500 clicks is just way way too many for my new site to have. I talked to Carmel and she said My raw links were malfunctioning, registering views as clicks. She has not offered a solution. I have emailed her twice since and no response after 7 days.
Does any one else have that problem also.
Does anyone have a problem getting them to respond to affiliates.
Is it because I am a beginner?
I thought they were big time pros?
Obviously I need to trust any affiliate program. I am working very hard.

raw links were malfunctioning

did you try to use a banner instead of a raw link?
in the media gallery you can also choose a textlink as media link

Affiliate Lounge is a good program, I like it.
I have no problems with them.

I think the main problem is in your traffic. What are your visitors looking for?
I had the same problem with no deposit casinos, and I still have a lot of traffic looking for free bonuses, and in some casinos I have many clicks, downloads, but only a few real players.

Your javascript links are not working correctly.

If your into SEO at all, I would avoid the javascript links and go to a php or html format for your links.
