Advice on Roxy Palace Please!

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice in relation to roxy casino, i signed up about 5 days ago without a bonus and got lucky playing slots and BJ for about 7K, i had deposited about 2K previous to this. I have sent my id verification and done the phone verification twice but my withdrawals are still in reversible about 72 hours later and will be for the weekend then apparently 'the soonest i will receive it is the 7th of october'.I am used to casinos being a little quicker so i guess what i am asking are they reliable providing you have followed all the terms and that it is just a case waiting?

You should not have no worrys, As long as you kept to the rules, 32 Red have purchased Roxy Palace now so in good hands, I do not understand why the long wait on money ?

Apparently 'if' it gets flushed on monday, the 8th is when i will receive it, i was lead to believe this was standard expectations, maybe the are setting the worst case scenario but does seem a while since i used a Visa debit card. I would have thought they process much larger amounts on a daily basis or potentially there is a backlog at the moment.

Excellent CS from Mark as usual! I joined Roxy about a year ago but never deposited. Mainly due to concerns expressed by Casinomeister members. However the casino is now in safe hands. Congrats on the acquisition

Just to update this thread as i eventually got paid in a timely manner contrary to what i was told by roxy live chat, (incorrectly a 4K a week due banking regs, i.e a cynic would say a lie to slow play) which i think is down to big thanks and respect to Mark the 32red rep. Can only say i will continue to use the casino and the more in sync with it's owners it becomes the more user firendly it will become.
