Advice needed - Luckyvip bonus problem

It’s still 2% more than 32 Red used to send through :p
Well yes, I will concede that point mate. Mainly because I used to take the odd one, back in my...cough...."bonus whoring" days

But then again, back in those days, 32Red were the gold standard. Rock solid and trustworthy.

And the WR was 30 x B only, a considerably more doable option that what the OP had signed up for.

@mcgameboy - was going to mention that too. 7%? what the f*&%? :p
I don't know what casino's house cretin could ever come up with such stupidity. I must ask two questions though (aside from the aforementioned obvious one of "What the f*ck were you doing taking 7%!!??"):

1. I assume you hit the big win when playing with bonus not cash, as UK players play cash first and can withdraw cash at any time, thus if not touching bonus its terms are irrelevant as it's forfeited. No sane person would get a win like that on the cash balance and not withdraw it?

2. In terms of UK consumer law, irresepective of what the casino says, the terms are completely illogical and unfair as it appears that you could not win and withdraw via the bonus an amount equal to or greater than the deposit initiating the bonus.

Please tell me you bust the cash first here, please! If so, then it's still unfair in contractual terms (how the bonus was presented) but they can rightfully enforce the terms of 5x maximum conversion. It's simple entrapment IMO.

For ten grand phone round some smaller debt collecting lawyers who might do a 50/50 split on the fee. Better than nothing
