Hello
i play online slots alot and latey i decided to go with one particular casino
i will refrain from posting the casino name here for different reasons but i need your advises please
i use my account as well as my wife, we share the same hobby

2 days ago i got a few hits around 30k, kept palying a little up and down
today in the morning before going to work played back and made back around 4000 usd, i left my house with 30500 usd in my account and 23.000 were with the status work in progress

what happened is that when i came back to my house i found 13k more in my account, thought that the wife won a big hit again so i decided to play big also....
after an hour or so and while i was playing very big 75 usd per spin i received a phone call from our vip representative to congratulate me and tell me that they only transferred 10k from the 23k they were supposed to transfer and that they reversed back the money to my account!

i just got crazy
please check the attached screenshot from my account it will be more explanatory before you continue reading:
test2.jpg
after talking with the support for one hour asking them the following questions:
why my account is showing 43k wile i only have 30k?
why the 23k are still showing as in work if they already paid 10k?
why they reversed back 13k and made them ready to be reverse withdrawal....
why evennow my account is still showing incorrect info making me believe that i have 43 k while i only have 30

meanwile i lost 3k before they called me, i was thinking that that i had 43k while i was playing with 3k from my 30k...

please need help to see how i can solve this problem i know that i am in my right, i am not responsible if their software shows wrong info
i am not asking for the 13k they reversed into my account without any special notice
i am worried about the 3k i lost thinking that i had 40k

as soon as i finished talking with the casino representative i withdrowed the entire amount that i was playing with (17.000 usd)
and this is how my account look like tonight after 10 hours from having them processed the first 10 k
test3.jpg

again according to what he is saying i only have 27k winning and not 40k

any advise would be really great
thanks

Keeping it simple. Are you saying you thought you have x amount of money left in your account, when in fact you really only had y? Therefor thinking you had x you decided to bet more?

If that's the case I see no problem here. You should have asked your wife or the casino prior to playing. Welcome to self responsibility. If I'm mistaken my apologizes. But I doubt I am. I was wrong yesterday when talking to my wife about something and I'm rarely wrong two days in a row.

yes this is right
still is it normal that their software at time being shows me that i have 40 k because this is the case while i aclually have only 17k?
they said they transferred 10k but it's not showing anywere in my account
they reverted back 13k of money that i should not have been able to withdrawn back and play with.
this is my concern here
at the end i only lost 3.5k and still had a nice win of 27k but how can a supposedly accounting software be so misleading showing me money i do not have?

This is a Microgaming Viper banking screenshot you have shown us. You probably exceeded the DAILY w/d limit so they temporarily reversed 13 k back to your account. Have you read their banking terms and conditions thoroughly??
The last screenshot shows 23k 'in progress' which means you can't reverse that, and it will be with you soon. The rest you should withdraw (as you did) and forget about. You have 40k there which seems OK. Tomorrow the screen would say "23k complete" and "17k work in progress". No foul here I can see.

OP - we don't know which casino (apart from that it's a MG download one) that you play at - you do, so read the T&C's regarding maximum periodic withdrawals and then come back to us.

this is what i know from microgaming sites except that the info you see is WRONG actually completely wrong according to the casino representative
form the 23k they apparently paid 10k (their daily limit)
they reversed back 13k to my account showing like if i withdrew those today (2 december)
the 17 k are actually according to them what is left to be paid...
so the total would be 10k paid today (showing no were)
and 17k to be processed tomorrow or after tomorrow
i actually do not have 40k according to what they say, how can they reverse back to me an amount that i have witdrawed 2 days ago and that is supposed to be IN WORK, further more allow me to withdrawn it back?

i just checked and the maximum amount is 10.000 uk pounds per day, but they do not say anywhere that they reverse back the money to your account and allow you to play back with it...
also 10.000 uk pounds equivalent to 16,363.02 USD and not 10.000 usd as they say they have paid me
again i see no were that the payment has been made to me, i only see that there is 23k in work in progress....

any more help tips or advises please? i cant understand how a software shows you that they have reversed back 13k form you withdrawed winnings but do not show you that they have actually processed 10k ....

Look it's just a temporary accounting entry. Your 23k is a 'work in progress' because your 23k w/d you initiated was correct. During that 'work in progress' 13k was returned to your account. When the 23k 'work in progress' shows 'processed' it will then revert to 10k because that is all they could work in one go. You will receive 10k back to your card/bank/wallet. Don't worry - the 23k 'work in progress' should be 10k BUT because you initiated it to the payment processor at 23k that's what it got logged at. All will make sense soon.

P.S. as for them saying $10,000 instead of £10,000 don't worry - just a figure they read. You'll be OK.

Read my reply above. It's all OK, just one of the foibles of Viper Banking on MG software. Another example - you may find you have a W/D stating 'work in progress' even though you've already received the funds which means they are actually 'processed' if they don't update your platform quickly. Shouldn't you actually get onto CS about this???

It sounds unfortunate that this wasn't presented more straightforwardly - ie, the casino either holds your withdrawal in processing as it takes out 10,000 each day, or sends you a notice that some money has been reversed to your account with a reason why. Unfortunately, you won't always get that level of communication.

But you have to understand that there is absolutely no way the casino is ever going to give you that $3000 back unless they think you're a massive whale that they really want to make happy. Even though you bet larger than you otherwise would have, it's still the case that you played the money and could just as easily ended up winning big.

The $3k is gone. Consider it a learning experience to be more careful in the future. Also, most casinos only allow one person to play on each account, so unless you've specifically asked the casino whether this is all right, you may want to be careful about telling them that another person played on your account. You're giving them an excuse to take away everything you've won if they feel like it.

Given the amount, and the fact that you and your wife both play on the same account;

KEEP QUIET!!

Don't go on a rant with CS as you might let something slip that makes them start digging.

Cashcheck is notorious for being days out of date. They probably paid the 10,000 (wait for it patiently), and sent the other 13K back to your account. The whole thing is confusing you, but you lost a mere 3000 over it, so you still have the majority left.

The best thing now would be to stop playing as this confuses the numbers further, and withdraw chunks of 10K every day so that they have separate 10K chunks a day apart to send out, rather than have to split the amount and send some back to your account.

It's likely that they will do this again with the other two withdrawals, 10K processed and the rest back in the account.

If you say anything like "I played on because I thought my wife had won another 13K, rather than you having reversed 13K........." you could end up regretting it.

When everything is paid, and you have allowed Cashcheck time to catch up, the figures should all add up.

incidentally, if you look at Playcheck, and select "detail", you will see things like deposits, bonuses, and reversals, as well as a more detailed account of game play. You should see a session between the one you hit big an withdrew, and the one you found 43K instead of 30K in the account. Playcheck will at first appear blank (assuming your wife really didn't play), but under detailed view, you will see an entry for +13,000, and an increase from 30,000 to 43,000 in the balance. It will be the only transaction in that session.

This is what I do if my balance seems to have changed, but I have no idea why. Usually, I find a free chip has been put in, but no email sent informing me what it's for.

thanks guys for your replies, actually i went back and got lucky again i am now over 60k
i am keeping those in my account and asking for a withdrawal every morning, this way they have a payment request every day to be sent to me
what is bothering me is that they do not work on weekends... and that's normal :) so 2 of my withdrawals will be reversed back to my account on Monday, anyway this is the way it works...

my last question is lets suppose a player hit really big 500k or the mega moolah 1.3 millions how this kind of casinos can pay him back??
will they spend a year or so sending payments every day ?

another question please, does some casinos pay more than 10k pr day?

thanks

Progressive Jackpots (at MG casinos) are paid out in one lump sum.
Some others (I'm looking at you, Playtech) give the money to the casino and let them decide how quickly to pay.

As for casinos who pay more than $10K per day - not a clue! That sort of amount is something I can only dream of having a problem with! :p

This could end in tears, your lucky run will stop dramatically. You haven't said whether you've received the initial 10k withdrawal back to your funding source yet. As for payment limits, CHECK THE T&C's. You often find a clause like:
"If your total withdrawals equal or exceed your lifetime deposits by 4 x or more, we may limit your payments to 4k per week" or similar.
Check the terms, and STOP reversing or playing now. :)
