Advantage Player at connectocasino

I was writing for weeks, on why I can't redeem coupons. I got no response from support. I was getting the coupons in my email but could not use them. I finally wrote John Spears got a respose right away. He said I was an adavantage player. "What does that really mean". I risk my $20 to play, I think I have as much greater chance of losing than winning. I lost a lot at the beginning and started to get it back and win a bit. If I add up over the year I probally won $1000 but I could of lost too like so many people do. Thats not that big of a deal unless I guess the casino is losing money.


Here is what I asked John Spears after being ignored from support.

I have asked over the past 3 weeks of why I cant redeem any coupons. I get no response. Can you please check into it?

Its like Im being ignored.

I don't understand why you keep on insisting on playing at this casino that has such a lousy reputation. They are one of the top places in terms of the number of player complaints.

Over and over people tell others to stay away from them, and because of a bonus u run to a crooked casino :cool:

C2C like any casino has the right of excluding any person from their promotions. I am also an " advantage player " there but they paid me every dollar that I won, after my last payment they sent me a nice e-mail telling me this.

If you deposit an claim one of their bonus you are supposed to wager 30 x on BJ to withdraw winnings. If you wagered 35 x on BJ and you withdraw your winnings, even though you fulfilled the wager requirements they are going to say that you are and advantage player, because they expect you to wager at least 100 x the bonus (ie. they exepect you to lose).
This is just my opinion based on my personal experience, and if you are not and advantage player you can play in a lot of different casinos with the same software like Nostalgia casino. ( if you are and advange player you can play there too, :cool: )
Maybe you dont like C2C policies but it is their bussines.
 
dont play at C2C. they should just put a big banner on their front webpage that says "if you are a good casino player stay away. if you dont know what your doing, please stay and gamble".

can you imagine if ballys or caesars said this? rofl. C2C is a two bit shady sorry excuse for a casino. i never played there or got screwed out of winnings, but im just as enraged when i read about so many that have.
 
I should however state that it is the casino's right to refuse the bonus to anybody. But C2C's main problem is failure to pay winnings. If they accept the bets, they must pay. They cant label you "too good" after the outcome of the bets. Thats just insane.
 
It is the right of all online casino's to give you a bonus or not, or to even allow you play at their casino.

BUT, if they allow you to play AND they give you a bonus, and you meet ALL of THEIR rules THEY set in place, then I say, they need to be 'blacklisted' if/when they call the player an 'Advantage Player', a 'Bonus Abuser', or says a player is 'breaking the rules' just because a player wins or attempts to win.

This gauche remark suggests that you know exactly what an "advatage player" is and know doubt are one yourself. To suggest that a simple "button pushing" requirement negates the possibility of skill being used is very silly. Bill Gates pushed buttons. Horowitz pushed buttons (black and white ones). Both individuals were extremely skillful.

The withdrawals department at Connect certainly aren't too hot in the player communications' area. Or do I mean currently non-existent? I requested a (drum roll...) $90 withdrawal several weeks ago. Still no response after a backup Email.

John, assuming you're following this: please give them another kick up the arse. Thanks.
 
Just getting "lucky" once or twice thats an "advantage" ??. I would think it would take a little more skill then just pushing buttons to be considered a skilled player.
And if "Bill gates" just pushes buttons then thats why his software is full of bugs.

I disagree. We have had to put up with awful conduct from casinos for so long we condone bad conduct as better.

What casinos want to do is get the best of it. The way they get the best of it is only to allow the stupid and compulsive to gamble. And they love the compulsive.

These guys have very little fixed cost. They provide a scant bit of entertainment. For that they need to abide by their own terms without whining.

I assure you these casinos can provide games of chance with terms and conditions such that they can make a profit by allowing all non fraudulent players. We should insist on it. This is one reason we need a players union.
