Added Prizes in Shields of Athena

Hi. I played high stake on Shields of Athena - 10-20 Eur Spins. During play there was an overlay over the game (i think as a promotion) with 4 prices from 10 to 30 Euros no Deposit Bonusses. - From time to time a firework popped up and claimed me as the winner of 10 Eur, 30 Eur, 15 Eur and so on. I won multiple times. - The amounts were not credited immediately to my balance. So i thought i would get them later.

When i asked in Chat they said that they dont know about promotion and if i can provide screenshots. Obviously not. I do not screenshot every small win, when i play higher stakes. - So i haven't got anything.

What to do now? Ask Play n Go? - I played on Energycasino by the way.

Thx to any good community advice!

Thank you very much. So i know now i will get credited today ;-) The crazy Support guy should have known that, if you can within minutes.

Amazes me (well, not anymore) how many times, when a site runs a promo or sends out an email etc, support don't know what it is. Maybe it's just a cantankerous Monday but you'd expect a company to know what promo's are on offer - had one yesterday actually that i took a screenshot of their own webpage, to send back :rolleyes:

Thank you very much. So i know now i will get credited today ;-) The crazy Support guy should have known that, if you can within minutes.
You could anger them a little by telling them they have a misleading ad. Don't know which authority one can report such things in Austria or the EU though. But you could make them sweat. :D

It says "cash prizes" at the top but 15x wagering in the terms, so it is a bonus. Very misleading!

I was led here from the thread regarding your chat transcript. I am reading right now your email conversation between you and the CS Agent. While he could have been more proactive - you wrote " Hi. I won a lot of Bonuses in the new PlaynGo Athena Games. When do i get them credited?" - while this could be an indicator of what bonuses you might have meant you never mentioned which promotion you had in mind and our CS agent looked for pending automatic bonuses form the PnG widget. As you see above the information was available on the website. While I could argue that our agent could ask follow up questions like "Do you mean bonuse from a slot playthrough? Do you refer to our promotion? Have you received a targeted message with a bonus?" to help you point towards the right question and helpful information - it is true that you never specified what promotion did you mean.

you are such a bad manager. no wonder your employees are bad as well. i exactly described what prices i mean. No idea of the support. Was asked for screenshots...

but right. also my fault. everything managed great by energy casino. The customer with the question should know the answer by himself and not bother chat with silly questions.

I think both sides were happier if OP would find another casino which wouldn't be such torture to deal with for him.
already play on 21 casino. happy there. but as i also run a busines i can't stand bad customer support and bad management.

Yes, and you are being a bad member by making insulting posts like that when somebody from the casino has tried to assist you. Read the rules, this won't be tolerated. Thanks.

I am just going to boot this person. He PMs me saying I am always on the casino's side, but I was reprimanding him for being a jerk. It's funny how trolls like this are quick to make insinuations when we have blacklisted scores of casinos for various reasons - to include those that were Accredited, and helped bucket loads of players receive their winnings.

I don't have time for these idiots.

You can call them "bonus cash prizes" or something similar.

yes. This I unfortunately forgot to address here and this is clearly a huge mistake on our side - they should definitely not be called cash prizes and I have already informed about the issue the relevant dept. I have nothing to defend myself except for the fact that this was a mistake and not an intentional thing.

Thank you for your vigilance - since this wasn't even the initial purpose of this thread.
