AdamEve Casino terms

Google translate is crap for anything more complex than "see Spot run". It's no way to communicate complex issues from one language to another. Just because it's there doesn't mean it works.

So what? The internet is full of useless anonymous information. It's not our job to go looking for it.

I could pull some miscellaneous link out of my arse that says that aliens gave birth to three headed goats that talk and are running for office in BurkaBurkastan. Why aren't you investigating that? Who knows what horrors could ensue? My god, do it now! No? Better things to do with your time perhaps? Yeah, me too.

We make our decisions based on cases we have investigated, either via PABs (me) or special investigations (Bryan). Neither of these is applicable in the case of AdamEve so we have no reason to say anything about them one way or the other.

Ok fair enough maxd im backin off and agreed if there was 50 cents for every bit of info that popped up on the net would be a millionaire etc.

... if there was 50 cents for every bit of info that popped up on the net would be a millionaire etc.

An understatement by far, you'd be richer than God and own all his stuff. Internet = a tsunami of BS big enough to flood the world + bits of useful and/or factual stuff here and there.

Is this rule: "2. Using any form of double-up strategy to increase bet values be it a player is playing with or without bonus money." published on adameve casino site not make them a rogue? (Old / Expired Link 19. Forfeiture, Account Closure and Confiscation)

No!
Haven't you read anything Max has just posted?

Casinos can have ANY terms they like; Players can agree to them and play, or not like them and avoid the place.
Like Max said, CM is not the "Casino Police". They certainly wouldn't make the Accredited list with terms like that, but they wont get rogued either unless there is EVIDENCE that they are deliberately ripping-off players (which usually means NOT sticking to their own T&Cs and not when they enforce their terms, no matter how unfair they may seem to the players who signed-up and agreed to them in the first place).

With all due respect, not your site, not your call, and as long as you don't play there - not your problem. It's tiring to read all these "know-it-alls" about casino opinion of how this or any other site SHOULD work. It's so incredibly easy to "dish it out" isnt it?

Here's some food for thought:

1) what they stipulate in their terms is unfair, but it is in the contractually binding agreement you sign. Just like apple owns everything you do on your iphone and charges you $30 for a cable, which is ridiculous, this casino cuts any winnings over 10k which is equally ridiculous.

2) Maybe it's designed for lowrollers? Maybe there is an entire host of players that dont mind that term.

Personally, i think it's double standardising and off - but as a player i would go as far as not play there myself. I will most definitely not write on every site i find stomping my feet as to why they aren't rouged.

In fact, if i felt so strongly about it, id open a blog and write about it and rogue them myself, then invest in SEO and web design and ensure the traffic i generate reads it. However i don't feel that strongly about it, and i imagine neither do you.

3) To ROGUE a site equals a trial by jury (in a sense) within the remit of this community, which you chose to become a part of. To rogue or not recommend a site, that site must be in breach of their own terms and act out of accordance of it's own advertised rules.

Sure, sites have terms that are overly vague and downright rip-off, but you wont see them here until they use those terms to sufficiently rip players in bad faith.

All above with full respect of your opinion (which i happen to agree with - those terms are a daylight robbery IMHO); but to come here and diss the moderators because they didn't jump off their chairs for every rubbish outfit out there is (or because you say they should) equally ridiculous on your part.

You have the responsibility to reasonably take care of yourself in respect of things you buy and services you use and research you do. You pasted the links, did your research so well done to you. This site hasn't gotten there yet, because they haven't come across it sufficiently in their day-to-day operations. Now you may not agree with it, but i haven't read your appreciation or thanks for allowing you to enjoy a forum that allows a great thing: for people like you to voice their opinion and others to agree, disagree, discuss and argue the points.

Maybe you owe a thanks for that instead of a sarcastic "well done mods" post.

I do not write about it on every website.

All 40 Playtech casino withdraw jackpot over several years? no, only few of them, but all were added to the not recommend list. Whats broke all the others? They followed their terms.

Still not following your point. It's Bryan's call - he felt it was large enough to make an announcement and warn players as well as reaffirm any accredited casinos were not using such terminology. It was in relation to a game supplier and a reply to investigation results, performed by CM, and they acted it out on a site they own within the parameters they feel are suitable for such an announcement.

So since they did that, now they need to act the same way for every claim and every notice according to you? isn't that what the forum is there for?

or shall they remove the warning instead, for evens Stevens? Again, i'm not seeing any thanks for the work done on that one.

Meh, personal forkifikation on this one. It's not getting through.

It's not, but CM is recognized as "Advocate of fair play". And KK, suggesting it's cool to have rip off terms (that folks often don't read and we know that - not only when it comes to casinos but in gerenal) is not "fair play" in my book.

And following Igors example if a taxi is charging $30/km instead of 3$ I will try to inform others as I am a good person and don't like others to feel misery and pain when they are conned. Same with apples or anything else. It seems others prefer to watch people drop cash into a broken vending machine rather than let them know, after all it clearly says "not operational" on the led screen...

+1. Guy seems interested only in slagging us off for not doing more of the good work that we already do. Must be a weird troll thing: "you suck because you didn't do MORE of that great stuff!".

Or maybe something got lost in translation. :meh:

Either way, methinks tis the hour of the fork indeed.

I think it was a misunderstanding of the requirements of the player.

he wanted us to more or less shut the casino down
He asked for help in getting money from casino or close the casino. I do not know a person who started PAB. The guy who lost $45K was unable to register on your site (he was detected like a spambot).

Oy vey! What is it with you guys? If AdamEve is such a crap-hole and you want us to know about it then file your own PAB. A few of those and we'll know soon enough what the story is. How is that so hard to understand?

No matter how much complaining you do here on the forums you are accomplishing pretty much zero of what you say you want so badly.

And if some PABer's case was misunderstood then he/she is welcome to clarify the misunderstanding. Bitching at us on the forums with incoherent grumblings is probably the least effective way imaginable to accomplish that.

Or are you guys all from some Russian forum and using Google Translate to read and write the posts here? That would explain a lot. Well translate this: Google Translate is no good at translation! It has only two features that are worthwhile, it is cheap and it is easy to use. The results it produces are crap. You decide what your priorities are.

guys? no guys here. I'm alone. AdamEve isn't owe me money.

Do u confirm that they did not ask "getting money from casino"? PAB was to end with the words "I ask you to help me get the money back or advise me how to act." Do you got another PAB?

If they don't owe you money, and it isn't your PAB, why would Max even discuss someone else's PAB with you?

Just ask yourself "Why am I doing this?"

Which part, the wasting time? I'm bored so you're at least entertaining me. There is an easy to follow set of rules / procedures in place for handling casino complaints. Follow it, and maybe what you "wish" would happen would happen. Don't follow it, and you simply will continue to be my entertainment. If it's not your complaint then tell the other person how to solve it.

I have no such PAB on file regarding AdamEve Poker. In the one case I do have the player told us of the meltdown at AdamEve Poker and asked that we shut the casino down until the poker people paid their players. I said this was beyond the scope of the Pitch-A-Bitch process and that I recommended they post their issue to the forums. They said they were fine with that and that they would post. So where's the problem? And if there really is a problem here why am I hearing about it from you and not the player concerned?

Just ask yourself "Why am I doing this?"

Just ask yourself "what am I trying to say?" If "why am I doing this?" is supposed to mean something to me I'm afraid it got lost in translation. If you guys want to raise your issue on an English language forum it helps to have someone who speaks the language (coherently) doing it for you. Otherwise we end up with a bunch of bad translations and a lot of misunderstanding.

1king

I believe at least on of the cardinal rules is broken. 1king casino which belongs to this group (mentioned above) is suspended. So is my money. On the page in question they say
"1King.com Casino operations have been suspended. Your account related questions may be addressed to support@1king.com. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Support seems to be down -
"We are sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
