I believe these terms and conditions sufficient reason to add AdamEve Casino to the Rogue Casino list.

AdamEve Poker don't pay players. They put the blame on the Revolution Network. adamevepoker.com
AdamEve Poker has promised to begin payments in November. AdamEve Poker offer to redeem the balance of the players at $0.5 per $1.

So another place that doesn't allow the Martingale/doubling up system. Offering settlements at 50c in the $.....the place is doomed and yes the terms are rogue.

This is the REAL sign of a rogue. The software would have to be gaffed in order to prevent any player winning more than this amount, and this term simply covers them for when their software fails to enforce this limit.

In a fair game, it would be impossible for a player to comply with this term, and for the casino to enforce it through the software.

The other rogue sign is that even if a player does not take a bonus, they are still bound by many of the bonus related terms and conditions.

On top of this, they even appear not to be paying players of the poker product who comply with all the terms, and then blame the network. Since when was the network responsible for paying the player of a particular skin.

I think what they really mean is that they are skint, and player balances do not actually exist within the skin to be paid out. This can only happen where players' monies have been used for "company purposes", perhaps in the hope that players will continue making fresh deposits and play, and in the case of poker, replacing the missing player funds with income generated from the rake, and that this process goes unnoticed by players.

It seems now that withdrawal requests are no longer covered by the above mechanism, so the skin has to stall in order to buy time to make the money needed to fund the current withdrawal requests. This is bound to fail as since this has come to notice, players are less likely to deposit or play, and more likely to want what money they have there out as quickly as possible.

They must have been underfunded to begin with, and have been caught out by a swing in variance with which they haven't the funds to cope.

Casinomeister added Atlantic Vegas Casino (and some others) to the rogue list after speaking with the chat operator. Why do you need the affected players and PAB to add AdamEveCasino and AdamEvePoker to the rogue list?

I don't think it's practical to assume CM or any site could possibly categorize every single casino out there and your word is not and should not be sufficient to put AdamEve or any other casino in any particular category on this site. If you have an issue and you PAB and the casino is investigated by CM they may very well be put on the rogue list.

It's not just my words. It's adameve terms and conditions.

How 40 Playtech Casinos added Not Recommended section? I don't see 40 PAB about each of them.

if paying out progressives in chunks is a clear case of rogue behaviour. then cutting all wins above 10'000 is definitaly too!

Just the first line was enough for me.

If you don't submit your docs within 5 days you are pretty much screwed.
Sucks if you have a old ID card and need to renew it that takes a few days.

"Company reserves the right to cancel any winnings inadvertently provided by our system which exceed these limits."

I dont even know what that means but in short if you win we have a system that void your winnings would be my guess.

For one thing they were put on that list by the owner of this site and his associates/advisers. Also these casinos were probably already known by these same people.

The administrators here put a lot of work and research into this site and how they categorize various casinos. I imagine eventually they would get to AdamEve but if a number of PABs are submitted it will be reviewed sooner.

If you want to see them rogued right away, start your own casino review site and rogue them. If you want to see them rogued here there are procedures for that.

The CM team are VERY busy guys and DON'T read every post on the forum. So if you want to ask them to blacklist this casino you should send them a request to look at this place by either PM (Private Message) or by reporting one of the posts in this thread.

Actually that's not at all what happened. The PAB submitted was pretty much beyond the scope of the PAB process -- the PABer wanted us to make AdamEve "stop working" until the casino payed out some unidentified players -- so I recommended that a post on the forums would be best, which he said he was fine with and would do. I forwarded his PAB, such as it was, to the casino but given the situation there was no way we could pursue it as we would a normal PAB. Case closed at that point.

Total rubbish, and you've received an infraction for disrespecting the administration of this site.

We received a PAB in August from a Russian player (I'm assuming this is the guy), and we told him the PAB was beyond the scope of our service (he wanted us to more or less shut the casino down). We told him this is beyond our powers, that we would be happy to forward his issue to the casino management, and we invited him to post his complaint in our forum. I'm not sure if he replied or not (Max would know). But this is far from your BS comment that we refused to help.

Keep up the agenda-fulled trollish comments and see what happens.

Still I think they should be rogued if they don't pay or offer $0.5 for every $1

I never played there but they do send me some spam that I can't unsubscribe from

"Deposit just 20 $/€/£ and you will receive 10,500% bonus, which is extra 2100 $/€/£" ...yeah, sure
