Acropolis Casinos refuses to honor listed promotions

After checking the promotion page on their website to verify the available promos, I deposited and attempted to claim the 100 % monthly match bonus listed there and was told that this offer is no longer available.
For a casino to not honor a promo clearly listed on their website is disgusting. Now my money will be tied up for days while these clowns go through the usual Playtech waiting routine.
Color me disgusted.

That's crap. They used to be one of my favorite casinos, too (for Playtech, anyway). I wonder what's going on over there?

I play here for more than a year, previously I used the $50 monthly bonus, but for few months they discontinued it.
I never got any letter from the casino about my VIP status, however I played in this casino a lot. Sometimes I deposited around $10k in a month, sometimes I played blackjack by $200.
On their website they mention:


Increasing your VIP status is based on a number of variables including average wager, time spent in the casino, number of deposits, amount of deposits and whether identification has been supplied. Our VIP team conduct regular reviews of all our accounts and will contact you automatically when you qualify for an increased level, however please feel free to contact our support team to request an individual review.


I wrote to the support and asked for a review. They replied back I am not eligible for any bonus. I was dissapointed. This casino does not have any proper policy. I am about to uninstall them.

I know how you feel. :mad: They didnt honor that promo with me neither.

I called support, after making my deposit and seeing that my bonus was not awarded (as I recall, Playtech's bonus is typically awarded immediately after deposit). She asked me to allow one hour for them to credit me my bonus. 2 hours passed, no bonus. I called again and was received by different person who basically said the same...wait another hour. Another hour or so passed, still no bonus. I called again. This time they told me, 'Sorry, you are not eligible for this bonus.'

At this point, I really didnt even care to know why I was no longer eligible. I just wanted my money back. I asked if someone could please transfer my funds back into my Neteller today. 'Sorry, the accounting department is closed now...but you can definitely request a withdrawal and send an email to support explaining your story.'

Yes, I eventually did get my deposit back, 2 days later. They'll take a deposit in 2 seconds with a smile...but unfortunately, can't say the same with withdrawals. I've not returned to that casino since.

I cannot login to the casino and cannot open their website. I wrote to the support, but until this time no reply. I hope they will not dissapear with my money.

perhaps the player's address, or his assumed nationality for gambling purposes ;);)
