ON 22ND OF october i made a deposit of $50 using neteller at aces casino. but after 2 days my account was locked. when i contacted them, they told me that i have another account with them with a chargeback. i asked , about which account , they refused to give me any info as it is against there privacy act.now they have locked my account and refusing to refund my deposit as well, due to some other account, which doesnt belongs to me.
