Have not seen any think about this so a heads up that acekingdom is a ladbrokes site,

I have not checked the terms and other rubbish but do no bonus carries a 20x D+B

I know alot of people shut of ladbrokes when they went pants, so if you have excludded from there then I guses the exclusions will also apply to ace,

I still have the odd deposit there as they have improved the games selection to include netent, But bonus are shit and trying to ring up is pointless, A call centre in India,

You can now place a bet on football in the shop and if its winning cash out in play on your online account using code on betting slip and if you win you can actually cash the slip straight to account.

They have also been giving some bonuses lately for different things including a monthly bonus which all have 1x playthrough on bonus amount.

At weekend there they were giving £25 risk free on sports games or casino combined. If you lost up to £25 then you would get it in account as cash today.

Not greatest bonuses around but at least they are tying a small bit compared to earlier in year.

I gave them a test, £20, but only 150% if you depo less than £50, Not very good lay out, You can only see a few games and have to click games but only a list pops up, Also no MG or netent games, Waste of £20 really, Yes if ladbrokes sorted a few things out they could be ok again, Laddys also have a Sunday market lol, Where you can buy things such a free spins and other bits, My £20 depo got me, a great blue bonus on a 25p bet and paid out £11 with 15 spins x5 and a pink panther bonus which paid £1.20 on a 40p bet, so £50 lasted about 10 minutes

Nothing special about the site but it looks like laddys are dishing out the sites now, I wonder how many more are going to pop up?

Really annoying thing about Ace Kingdom is that your balance changes with any winnings etc before your spin is complete.

I know I can hide the main balance it but it also appears at the bottom of the window when playing.

This casino is a royal PITA with my KYC documents. They also have called me twice and I told then I have submitted valid documents on more than one occasion. The CS said he would look into it. So I continue to get emails saying docs not good enough or not legible and a few other excuses. They can keep this casino cause to me it ain't worth the hassle. Not a big fan of Playtech anyway as those slots suck you dry in quick time 99% of the time and the other 1% you hit big. I have more luck with Netent or even Novomatic than I do with Playtech.

So if you win make sure you have paper copies of your bills and take a photograph cause scanning isn't good enough for them. That is my advice,

Trying to withdraw from AceKingdom. I have previously withdrawn from them and ladbrokes with no issues. Now they are asking for ID (which i don't mind) and an explanation on my gameplay leading to withdrawal.

They offered losses back up to £20, i played blackjack, won and then withdrew £50. Weird why I have to justify why I want the money. It's not as if I did not turn the deposit over at least once. Anyone else came across anything like this before? All seems very strange...

I admit, signatures look slightly different but that's cause of my drivers license signature being from about 10 years ago and my signature on my card being from a few months ago. It's only £50, I can't think why they are being this awkward. Certainly won't be playing here again.

outrageous, Tel them that there is 10 years apart in signatures and signing a plastic card is a lot diffrent than signing on paper
