Ace-games, you have just gotten yourself "rogued". You should have known better than to start posting in Casinomeister's forum pretending to be players and ragging on another RTG joint. This is not some "easy board" (sorry easy board users ) or some forum that doesn't care what is being posted or said. This is one of the most respected boards in the industry, and I will not let your casino, or any casino for that matter, turn this into some god damn circus!

Thank you for bringing this information out at your forum...

I had been directed to a post at an EzBoard forum,
which was made in the name of the former manager of LogOn Casino/Ace-Games.....but I knew for a fact that it was not made by him..
Unfortunately....
I really couldn't prove this as I had no access to the post as I would have had it been made at my board.

I carried LogOn casino for a long time while it was under the management of
Chuck....whose name this post had been created in. When the transition was being made where Chuck was gone and Wade stepped in to handle the affiliates until such a time, he said, when the new managers he hired would then take over for him.
It was a nightmare like I had never been unfortunate enough to have to deal with in the past.
He is not only arrogant, rude and deceptive.....
He is just all around not-right.....
And when I say that his reputation from Connecto precedes him .....I have to add that it not precedes him....it carries on and on as his way of practicing business.

The letters your member received from Wade are typical of the kind of correspondance that this man uses more often than not....
and speaking with him on the phone....even worse...

Needless to say the last words I had for him were that there would never be a place for him or his shady casino...end of story.
I am however going back on that word today and Wade is finally getting
what he was wanting....placement on my board.
I am, if it's okay, planning to copy this entire thread and place it on top of more than one of the forums as a warning for all members and potential Ace-Games customers.

Confused!

I'm very disheartened to read all of the above. I posted in this forum previously about how happy I've been with them (was even accused of being a shill for them), but I've only been playing at Ace-Games for less than 2 months and have managed to make seven or eight (I've lost track!) cash-out requests and have never experienced any problems whatsoever. As well, they have at least had the courtesy to tell me when they were only able to send a portion of a cash-out request (when they could not turn it around in 24-hrs.) unlike CTC who constantly gave me the runaround to call back, e-mail, etc. day after day, weeks on end, but never, ever, explained that that just simply did not have funds to send me when I won. Ace-Games & Wade Reese has always treated me professionally. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone reading these posts above!

Believe me, it is like the twilight zone. But I have been in contact with a new manager, who is taking the bull by the horns so to speak, and he is pretty much motivated to make some changes. I believe he's already fired a couple of people because of this. Time will tell...
