The manager, Wade Reese responds to all e-mail inquiries within 10 minutes generally, all support staff have been extremely pleasant & helpful, & best of all, I did receive my cash-out request on the double, unlike my terrible experience with Connect to Casino who is now going to let me know this week (hah!) what their payment installment schedule will be for a cash-out request made in August for $3,996! I just started playing with Ace-Games approx. 2 weeks ago, was able to make a cash-out request for $1,200 on my 2nd deposit with them (which put me ahead $1,000 after deposits). I know it's not a huge amount but I was impressed with the fact that I put the request in on a Thursday & had the funds by Friday. My 2nd request I put in this a.m. was for $1,000 (was ahead more, but don't know when to quit sometimes!). I received word this a.m. that it is a holiday today in Costa Rica, so I will have funds tomorrow a.m. The particular slots I play do not have large jackpots, but can keep you posted if I do hit a larger sum, whether the payout turnaround is as quick!

Uh oh, the old 'holiday in Costa Rica' excuse. This should always be a red flag to a player awaiting a cashin. I hope this is not the case, but be prepared if it is a b.s. excuse for delaying payment. It wouldn't be the first time.

But wtg on that first $1000 win, that's no small change.

That's not bad for a cash out over $1000.00. I asked because a lot of times casinos are great for payouts when you are a new player but then once they have had your money they become very lax. Sounds good though and I would like to hear if you get your next cash out when they say. I will try them out.

Just wanted to give you a quick update -- I did receive my 2nd cash-out when promised, and even managed to add another $600 to that request around 2:00 a.m. Friday morning. They paid both by Friday afternoon! That makes a total of 3 cash-outs I have received from them in record time. This place is so awesome & they really bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I have no reason to ever want to play at another RTG casino! Best of luck to you if you play there. I highly recommend them!

This is an obvious shill thread. Ace Games is plainly headed out of business. Don't go anywhere near them.

I made the post about Ace-Games (I live in Virginia & have no affiliation with them whatsoever - I am NOT a schill!). I have found them to be reputable since I started playing there approx. 2 weeks ago. I have made three cash-out requests during this time and was paid within 24-hrs. for each one. I referenced CTC because I have issues with them not honoring their policies stated on their website regarding "paying in full within 1-7 business days." Therefore, I am STILL endorsing Ace-Games since I have had no problem with them in the least & Wade Reese has treated me with the utmost professionalism. I for one, will continue playing there.
