Last night at an accredited casino i decided to take a 100% match on a £100

After a while i was up to £430 and about 10% wagering done..

I was moving my mouse to see the terms of bonus then i accidently clicked on forfeit button..

No warning or pop up saying do you want to do this? Straight away saying bonus forfeited and balance at zero!!!

spoke to live chat this morning and they say they can't do anything as i have played through my bonus. Not even give me my deposit back.

So what next? try the rep here or just take the loss of £100.

Try the rep as i think there should be always a second step before you forfeit a bonus to avoid these kind of accidents.

Hope you get your balance back. It happened to me before but it was chat who set it back for me and it was an unacredited one at that too.

I agree with Harry. There should be a warning that you are forfeiting bonus. And do you want to.
Rep been on but no reply yet.
Was on a roll last night as well. Wanted to check game restrictions but as moving mouse across screen clicked on forfeit button lol now warning just notice stating that I have forfieted bonus and all monies! :(

I hope you get your balance restored and you be allowed to continuing wagering on your bonus. The forfeit bonus button should be clear and you should be asked are you sure you want to forfeit bonus before continuing. There ought to be no way a player can accidentally forfeit bonus. Good luck.

    All sorted
Big thumbs up to rep for sorting it out for me. But hope they can fix it so players get a warning if they accidentally hot the button.

Fantastic news. It's having great reps on the forum that help tremendously in sorting issues such as these out. Congratulations Andy and good luck with your remaining wagering:)
