AC casino (always cool) dont pay a win

    HI,first of all, sorry for my english,i try to do my best.
    Than:i read alot of bad comment on AC casino about people that purchase alot of money and once should get a win the casino disappear but......i did a win with a ND using a bonus i've get from a specialized site (for the bonus list)
    Well,after a huge effort,i did the PT and,magically appear on my REAL account the sum of 177,50 euro's.
    Been reading their terms and conditions and,on the part about the witdrawall using a ND bonus was written that:NO DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY TO WITHDRAWALL A WIN.
    So i tought;good i've won 177 euro.
    Than the hell,to ask a withdrawall look like you must be a space engineering,open a ticket with so many parts to tick and not all it's so clear and wait,yes wait because,if nobody reply to your ticket (wich say that they will answer in max 3 days,eheheh,in wich calendar those 3 days)and you try to have news opening another one,they will cancel the win.
    So,in the end,i ask my withdrawall on 18th,since this date nobody reply for the ticket,nobody anser to my tel call,and,the chat cant give a support for this matther.
    Also on PAMPER casino happened something strange,they lock my account sayng that i'd use multiple account to play but..........never knew at all about the secnd one they were talking about.
    Ok,probably i'll loose the win(fortunately not loosing my own money,but,for sure they will loose much much more.
    If some of you have a way how to connect or help me off with this matther......it will be a very very welcome.

    Hello, sorry to hear of your recent problems with AC. A while back we had some issues with them not responding to players but they supposedly fixed that. See AC ("Always Cool") Casino confiscating funds, won't discuss, which was later withdrawn because they'd supposedly cleaned things up.

    All that to say that you are welcome to use our complaints service, Pitch-A-Bitch (PAB) , but please do read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ first. If you have problems reading it because of language issues please get an English speaker to help you.

    Have you read their terms and conditions regarding ND bonuses? Is there a MAXIMUM withdrawal allowed that you have exceeded?

    Oh no my friend.was exactly the first thing i did,looking at their terms and condition and,concerning the withdrawall using a free chips is written:no deposit need to be done to withdrawing win by nd chips and,about the max cash out nothing was specified.
    Anyway,i do not believe that 177 euro's could be a huge withdrawall to them.

    Just in my experience a 'free' NDB cashout without a deposit of 177 euros is unknown. Usually these are very low, 50 on average, maybe 100 rarely.

    Well,as a personal experience,casino's like onbling,grandparker,goldeneuro etc etc,trough a ND the max cashable is always,or maybe often,about 180 euro.
    Am sure cause i did allready a withdrawall in a couple of them.

    Today i'd a new chat with AC support,the rep say:"YOUR TICKET IS QUEUED BUT,IF YOU OPEN NEW TICKET THE CASINO WILL CANCEL YOUR WITHDRAWALL."

    Than to the REP i'd ask:oops:k,first of all,it's written on your t&c that ticket will be answered within 3 days,so,i'd open the ticket on 18th and,still no answer.
    second,id send e-mail to different dept of AC,this mean open new ticket?the rep say YES.
    third,he told me to wait because they will contact me in a couple of hours,(chat was around midday today)butmchecking out on my email nobody reply or contact me.

    Anyway,ive all the chat transcript saved so,everymoment i can show wich kind of behaviour they had to me.

    P.S. the most strange thing is:oops:n theyr T&C is written that "the chat rep have no access to financial dept,so dont ask about open ticket,they dont know..."
    so,how come than that the rep today knew that my ticket was QUEUED?

    Regarding Free Chips:

    Any time a bonus is awarded to a player, and he or she does not deposit any funds he gets a "free chip". The maximum amount a player can withdraw for a free chip is exactly 1/2 the amount of the bonus

    (so if you got the 350 chip them max out is 175)

    All of our bonuses, unless stated otherwise, are “sticky bonuses.” This means that you cannot withdraw your bonuses from the casino, as they are automatically withdrawn from your account when a withdrawal is processed.

    Im not sure how the sticky works but if they take the 350 back than you would need to get your balance up to 350.01 before you can withdraw a penny, so to take out the 175 you balance needs to be 525? Please correct me if wrong about that

    Dont like to say but,yes,ur wrong.
    The free chips were about 350 euro,done the wager and the casino,automatically,adjust the balance (cause i was very much over the 177,50)and place on the "real account").i can also repeat that,on their T&C it's clearly written that "no deposit is needed to be done before to claim ur ND win"
    So,the thing that make me most uppset is the last chat were the rep say:UR TICKET IS QUEUED,SOMEBODY WILL CONTACT YOU IN A COUPLE OF HOURS
    This happen last week so...........hom mnay couple of hours shall i wait for? :) kind regards
