got an email that it was not on the active payline

its very confusing because i did do max bet, and only \ and - and | counts

NOT / as you see in the screenshot 4 jackpots on that

i find is very confusing and i think the games are rigged, because i got 8 times jackpot 3x on several lines and then this 4x on / that dont count

what do you think, i think its enough to put absolute poker in the rogue section

I just looked at the paylines for the slot machine, and it looks to me that the casino is right. They dont pay you for that vertical line as shown in your screenshot. Try it yourself, and you will see.

Just click on the "select lines" button and you will se that you are not a jackpot winner with that line. Sorry.

Free-play with the same machine :

A casino will not be blacklisted only because you did not win a jackpot. I know nothing about this site, but its not good that a site so easly gets bad publisity. Threads like this, when the player is so so wrong, should be deleted.

So the lesson to be learned here is to do things in the right order:

1. Check the paylines if you think you should have won (help or payout section)

2. Contact Customer Service to clarify

3. Wait for reply

4. If not happy with reply, then.....

5. POST HERE

You did it the wrong way around, and since you're a newb I'm being nice and showing you the right way :)

IMO those slots are cr*p anyway there are so many better software packages on the net.

What a nice recipe mister Nifty :)

But I think that people here should behave. OP is writing "they refuse to pay", "is it fixed?", he also think the casino should be blacklisted.

The whole post is so obviously unfair to the casino. If a potetial customer googles the casino, he might find this thread and gets a wrongful impression. Dejakke might be a new member, but this is not the way of asking for advice. People who uses this forum are old enough to write in a proper way.

Actually, these kinds of threads can actually help the casino, since they were so easily resolved amongst the community members who are very familiar with these things. Anyone who Googled this could not possibly hold a grudge against this particular casino.

There have been much much worse threads... ;)

I have tested most of their slots in free play and they are some of the worst paying slots I've ever encountered. On many of their slots low paying 5 of a kinds only pay half your bet back. You truly have to be a sucker to play those slots imho.

Deservedly so, this group of poker rooms with their attached casino is rogue to an extreme. They deserve to not only have their name sullied, the original ownership, the previous ownership, and the new ownership all deserve to be quartered and hanged. They have stolen millions, rigged tourneys, known about serious security breaches, allowed bots, fixed a keno game, and somehow, continued to re-brand themselves and turn big profits. I have a great ROI there, and I wont give them a damn cent bc they are crooked like Lombard.

Back to the OP's post...

Thanks for the link to a freeplay of the game, rainmaker. While the rules say four symbols, I think for anyone that's ever played a slot machine before, it's generally accepted that that's on a payline.

While it seems a little odd that the game is not 8 lines (vertical and horizontal), or 10 (both diagonals), it is only the diagonal from top left to bottom left that pays... the slot is 9 lines, and I can see you were betting 45 coins.

While I'd certainly be bummed to realize I hadn't won a jackpot I thought I had, I hope you understand now why you didn't hit the jackpot. Absolute Poker is not refusing to pay you a jackpot you won, they are refusing to pay you a jackpot you DID NOT WIN.

I have to agree with this 100%. Even in a feature, there is no possible way to win on these slot machines, unless you hit a jackpot, which only a few of the games have.

Even 5 of a kinds sometimes do not even pay back your original bet,

I got suckered in for a few k's before i realized you cannot hit, even in a feature, no matter how much you bet.

Absolute Poker is already rogued here for a massive insider cheating scandal. It has also been proven their keno is rigged.

The slots at AP may well be rigged, but your example in your OP is not one of them.

You hit the right symbols on the wrong line. Simple.

The casino has done nothing wrong here and , based on your issue, should not be described as 'roguish',
