Abracadabra, Grand Online, Golden Palace...

    I posted re: Abracadabra in 'ask the Meister'.

    I feel the post now also belongs in here.

    'I deposited $100 (not for any bonus) - played BJ a few sessions and cashed out about $250 up. But that was back in Sept, since when I have faxed numerous documents, sent many e-mails and even phoned CS - but still no payout nor agreement to do so.

    Abracadabra have just paid up my winnings, less $10 (presumably some sort of charge for processing the cheque! - I'm in no position to argue, am I?).

    It has taken from 26th Sept until now, a long list of e-mails, several phone calls and a number of live help sessions (via the web site of Grand Online - part of the same group it would seem) to finally see this through.

    On the basis that Abracadabra casino is inextricably linked to Grand Online, Golden Palace, Aspinalls (where I have had a similar problem with lack of replies to e-mails etc), Flamingo & Goldnugget casino's, I would personally think twice before depositing with any of them.

    Infrequent play at thses casinos but have had good luck talking to CSRs about a problem.

    Last payout from Golden Palace took 29 days.
    They have always paid just slow.

    These casinos do require more ID then most, a liscence, credit/debit card and 2 utility bills, but once it has been sent in payments are recieved in 4-5 business days.

    Regarding the length of time they take to pay, these casinos seem to belong in the same catagory as Black Widow and Grand Banks :flamemad:

    I suspect the problem may be that you have accounts in many of their casinos.

    In their defense--I had a very big win at Grand Online. They had a max payout of 4000 per week. My first payout took 4 days, and received the next payouts of 4000 each week like clockwork.

    I have accounts with Abracadabra (played with no bonus and won), Golden Palace (played with bonus and lost & won) & Aspinalls (opened account but never played at all). As far as I know the only three I have in this group?? - assuming you mean casino's not software??
