Hi there,first of all,nice to meet all of u and,sorry for my poor english due to the fact that am italian :).
Now,i wish to know something about this casino(slotmadness) in wich i was playng and winning about 1700$.
After that i'd send all my documents required and be approved by their financial dept,i ask for a withdrawall.
They send me an email wich say that all was in order and that were processing my withdrawall.
After 3 days i was checking out inside the casino and,with my big surpirse the withdrwall was still pending.
Send the first email and they reply sayng that the withdrwall is under control due to a technical problem.
Afetr 4 days i'd send another email and no reply,contacting the chat rep,he told me that still technical problem are going on and they cannot say to me how long that will take.
Now,once that all of this is the first time that happen to me,it's over there somebody that can help me off with this matther?it can be possible having such a long trouble or technical problem on a online casino or should i forget my winning?
Sorry for the long message and i'll thank all of u for ur nice answer.

Absolutely do NOT forget about your money! Even if you won't miss it, letting them wrongfully keep the winnings will allow them to do this do other players and it is not right! Don't stop until you get your money even if you have to start a PAB! Good Luck!

I really hope that but.............it's unbelivable waiting so long to get money.
Also last night i've try to get in touch with somebody but,the chat rep told me that financial dept on sunday doesnt work so i shall wait till today.

the money is still pending so what ever you do don't reverse it ,thats a ploy
that some casino's try to have you do [DON'T REVERSE IT]

it looks like your going to get paid from my prospective ,i call this casino feet dragging

after this plateau on this event if its not sent on its way pm MAX DRAYMAN to [PAB] here on the forum and you might be wise to not post any more chat logs about it

hopefully you get a smooth pay off :thumbs up:

We have been having a few technical issues with our processing banks but we should have this sorted soon.

Our finance lady is off sick its winter here now so easy to pick up a bug unfortunately we cannot operate without her nor can I get an answer as to what is happening with your cashin..

I promise you and I keep my promises people on here can verify that as soon as she is back in the office i will chase her regarding your cashin and get you the latest feedback.

We have paid most of our cashins far quicker and with less hassle than this so I apologize (in most cases 4 - 6 days ) this would not have been the case if all was well with our technical issues let me get back to you as soon as I have a response from her you can expect an email..

It will however once processed correctly be a further 4- 6 days before you see these funds.. I believe this was processed but returned to us because of these tech issues so again this was out of our control and as soon as we can we will have that rectified and your cash will be sent off

i appreciate you beeing so honest to tell the reason, but it doesnt look very professional for a casino if only 1single person has the access to that kind of information.

NO We do not rely on just one person I am sorry if that's the way it came across and reading it now i see how you've come to that conclusion my bad she is also Not the only person who has access to this information .. She is the lead and has juniors that assist her the problem is that she is the one that deals directly with the processors and the Juniors do only admin.

As you can understand certain information needs to be kept to a few people and not everyone is allowed access to it same applies to may companies and organizations some of this information is for certain peoples eyes only..

She would have communicated some information to them and this is why I got an answer for him as soon as I did as she had already notified them of the issues we had ,had and she in her sick stat had also called the processors to make sure everything was Okay and all the issues had been resolved so we can process all cahisns especially his..

She called in this morning and said she would be back in the morning so we never called in any help as we did not need too.

We just gave her the day off to get well and she will be back in the morning to process his cashin by the way which \I have arranged for Guisippe and he was very happy with that he also wished her well which was nice..so thank you Gusippe for your nice words

Come on.

We all know it's not lack of sympathy but just a general nose for BS that raised the ruckus. People here see a lot of stories come down the pike via casino CS and the thing about someone being out sick and no one else being able to handle the issue just got their radars twitching.
But I assume what you said Miles was mostly sarcasm/humor with a dash of honest disgust thrown in, so no biggie. Maybe you just are a genuine sympathetic, caring kinda guy (NOT sarcasm).

Come to think of it though, I wouldn't have sympathy anyway. People get the flu, colds, etc. all the time. If I went to the bank and they said nope you can't access your money cause Gloria the teller (or the Bank Manager) is out sick I would be pissy to say the least. And if I don't know the person my heart isn't gonna break over a slight illness. Maybe I am cold but it is what it is.

OK Miles, you are doing your job and I am not flaming you, I just wanted to respond to that one line. Thanks for helping Guiseppe, Carry on :oops:

Went to the Website, began downloading the software... was ready to deposit about $250 on the welcome offer... Called their toll free number - guess what?

It rings.... and rings... and rings.... I... Uninstalled and uninstalled and uinstalled....

Want the Business? At the very least, you could answer ur support line :confused:
