    well decided at the start of this year to try some of the other accredited casinos here,

    and started with guts as they getting a lot of great reviews, so pretty impressive outfit so far,

    I've had no need at all to contact cs/ (which is always a plus in my book),

    wasn't delighted with the D+B being 30x but thats kind of irrelevant i mean you take it or you don't, but thats greatly offset by the fact

    that any free spins they give you or you win are bonus free :thumbsup:

    but down to the important stuff (getting paid),i deposited £25 yesterday and busted out but had 15 free spins on twin spins today

    won £16 which i then managed to get to £140 so i cashed out £130 which hit my skrill ac 2 hours later no need to ask to flush so very very pleased,

    so well done them , thanks

    side note to other casinos i'd happily pay a few quid for faster processing of withdrawals,and i think it should be an option

    Just to clarify, the wagering on bonuses is 35 times the bonus amount, not 30 times the deposit + bonus (we would never do that). ;)

    One of the best casinos out there never any problem with withdraws 99% you will get paid in under 2hrs, and ben always been helpfull if you message him on here.

    My contact with livechat been very good always friendly and helpfull and uselly very fast respons compared to some places where you wait 3-5min for a answer.

    Major problems with netent the other day though, but had same at mariacasino last night so guess its not always on casino's site the problem excist.

    Yes but be careful it has been really frustrating for me at first :) It has taken ages finally getting free spins. But I am amazed about this win. Would never had dreamed it could land a 1000+x win :lolup:

    Just also BIG thanks to Ben and especially Tony who gave me a very nice COMP today. I didn't win though but had fun and these guys are just incredible. Decided tonight to have a £35 with some spare money I actually had saved for a rainy day. And yes golden rainy day it was :D. If they don't win Casinomeister award from 32Red next year then I will be shocked! Also I do hope you guys could help get winning screen shot maybe? Because of that error I lost the last spin and only know I won just bout £1050 :thumbsup:

    I don't quite get it: you were playing that game from the screenie, made a 1000w/d, then deposited another 35, and lost it, then got a nice comp? If so, that's mighty generous!

    Whatever the case, Ben is very generous, Tony is also very generous and helpful, the only other support employee i recollect dealing with was Tila, and the same applies to her.

    I have not deposited much, except for the welcome offer, but did make a big w/d there later on, and i also kept receiving most of the freespin-promos so i am pretty happy there!

    Also wanted to note that i still have had close to zero "error 2" and the likes, so i guess either my timing is great, or i was lucky,
    but maybe some of those errors are stronger represented in certain countries?
    Just guessing here...

    Anyway, still one of the best places to play, and i am certain they will keep winning awards here:)

    I've played and deposited at guts a lot since joining, and have had some nice wins. I do however find it really annoying that I never receive any offers like some of my friends do. I don't know if it's because I've had some wins, but my friends have had bigger wins and still get the free spin offers. I've contacted customer service about it a few times and at first all I kept getting in response was, 'I'm sure we'll send you an offer soon in the future'. It got to the point where I had to ask for a bonus because my friends kept getting them and I didn't.

    In fairness to guts, I was given some bonuses, but only because I had to ask for them, not because they valued me as a loyal customer. My complaint is why not the equal treatment across the board? I don't particularly like having to ask for bonus offers or free spins, but I will when I feel other people are receiving offers whilst I'm not. I'm definitely at the point where instead of spending hundreds per week and not receiving any offers, I might wait for a friend to tell me about one of those offers where you get free spins for a minimum $20 deposit, and only then deposit the bare minimum to receive some form of bonus.

    I think loyal customers who are regular depositors should be shown fairer treatment and not have to go through the embarrassment of having to ask for a bonus when they regularly deposit without one. Especially when I know of other guys who don't come close to my spending there receive regular email offers and I receive none. Just my little bitch in what is usually a fun place to play.

    I'm not completely sure how Guts work exactly, but it might be a simple mistake in their CRM system where you aren't flagged right, these things can happen. I do however agree that it would be nice to comp everyone equally based on their level of play and not have to go "beg" for a bonus with the livechat. It reminds me of when i played in Neogames, i always had to contact live support to get any sort of bonus and they always lowballed me until i told them i wouldn't deposit unless i got a better offer.

    Personally i played on Guts and found it to be a great place to play, but since i now know an employee of theirs i have stopped as i don't want any problems occuring from that.

    Besides this issue I too have enjoyed playing at Guts, but to put it into perspective I'll compare it with videoslots who I recently joined, have deposited less at, and won little at. Despite this, I have received $500 back from videoslots, wager free in comps and bonuses. I have been with guts longer and deposited more there, yet have received approximately $65 in comps and bonuses since joining, and these are not wager free.

    Since joining videoslots I also haven't had to ask once for a bonus or comp. At guts, I had to ask, or beg, for every cent of that $65. Now I like to be loyal and spread my money evenly across the few casinos I play at, but I also expect a certain level of loyalty and personal service in return, and it says a lot when you are leaning towards playing exclusively at a casino I've had less luck at due to the better rewards and offers. I mean based on what I've said, where would you be more likely to spend your hard earned? Just saying.

    I do get the random freespins and sometimes 2-3times in a week, but comps dosent show up only had once cause i messaged ben, would been nice if you got a random comp now and then depending on your deposits, cause i have played ALOT at guts more than any other casino, and i really dont wanna beg ben for a comp so i just keep quiet.

    Just hope they add some reward/comp points system soon its the only thing really missing there.

    So it would seem my concerns aren't isolated incidents judging by a few of your comments. At least it sounds like most of you are receiving the free spins offers, which only concerns me more as to why I'm not? However the fact a few of us have mentioned having to embarrassingly ask for a bonus on more than one occasion is also concerning to me, especially given the alternatives out there. Unfortunately, as it seems to be a wide spread issue, I might take a break from guts for the foreseeable future unless I hear of any changes here.

    What was his reply? Any special reason?

    If you haven't asked him then I suggest you do that. He can't solve a problem he's not aware of.

    As I said, I asked live chat numerous times and consistently got the same answer that I should get an offer in the future. The future came and went, while my mates continued receiving offers and I didn't. I think it was roughly the 5th or 6th time of asking why I wasn't receiving offers, I was told I had free spins waiting for me on wonky rabbits. This was coincidentally after I mentioned my friends just got an offer for spins and I once again did not. I thanked them for the spins but still raised the concerns that I received no notification of these waiting spins, and wouldn't have known had I not contacted them about it.

    I didn't contact the reps here because frankly the live chat facility should be competent enough to handle the concern, especially after multiple requests, and like I said, I was eventually offered some small bonuses to compensate. Although this was a nice gesture, it didn't explain why I had to continually ask for them and wasn't included in the first instance. I'm also not a player who makes small irregular deposits so I don't know what the problem was.

    A fair and equal reward program for all customers is what I'm really looking for. I mean surely guts would know some players know each other and communicate, so if my friends are consistently getting offers I'm not, I think I have a right to be a little peed, and the cs support should be competent enough to fix the problem without me having to run to the reps over every issue.

    I understand why you feel like you do. Still I don't like that you in several posts are complaining but doesn't seem to be interested in a solution now.
