gripe

Well i have my first gripe for slots million i play there most days and haven't been doing well but that's not the point.

i received a sms to my mobile saying i had 20 free spins im my lobby i log in open it up none there so i contact chat took ages to get reply's was very unhappy
about that 20 minutes of my time was wasted and it seemed it was a system error or some crap like that and i did not even get the 20 spins.
this better not happen again or im going to stop playing there 20 mins wasted just for a promo i was promised by sms that i never got.

Found Slotsmillion software lagging for me on my last deposit, so I raged and put my account on a long cooling off period

I didn't think they used everymatrix platform? The lag was reminiscent of EM casinos.
