If you have until midnight to make a purchase on a specific promotion, should you be expected to have to wager your purchase *before* midnight to be entitled to the promotional bonus? I purchased right before midnight therefore did not have time to wager before midnight so I have been refused the promotional bonus. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds quite odd. Where are these terms and conditions?

Here is what the casino has quoted to me:

Dear Janet

Thank you for your email.

I have checked the terms and conditions of the Casino, what I have found is the following:

10. FOR ANY BONUS-PROMOTION,
the stipulated minimum purchase amount MUST BE WAGERED IN FULL to qualify for the promotional-bonus.

This is under the General Terms and conditions of the Casino. The emails that are sent to players regarding the promotions, do
stipulate the times for which the promotion will be running. So when the promotion says you need to purchase it automatically means
that you would need to wager the the purchase as well in full in order to receive the bonus, as it is a purchase bonus offer.

I will admit that the email does not say wager the purchase it simply says purchase, but it does say terms and conditions apply and
in the terms and conditions, for any purchase bonus the purchase must be wagered during the time the promotion is running for.

I hope that this assists you, should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Wishes

I receive them on a regular basis from First Web Casino, usually worded as a cash back offer and not a bonus. I deposit $50 and play it through 1x by such and such date, and I'll receive $25 as a cash back. Have to play through both dep + cash back 5x before withdrawal.

Last time I got one, I deposited the $50 and wagered it 2x before increasing it to $80, then promptly cashed in. My Firepay account was credited before the end of the promotion, but I still got my $25 back. Played it until it was gone, but I don't expect any more offers. :D
