Gentlemen: Neteller has found a way to finally pay US players. It would appear that the final wall to hide behind has now collapsed. Please step up to the plate like the professionals I'm sure you are, and make good on your commitments to those of us who have been waiting, patiently, for our winnings.

Thank you, quite sincerely.

When resolved, I hope they have something in place for post August 24th now that ECOcard have announced that they will no longer process payments. ECO card is currently to favoured option for US players, but any monies not paid out by then could end up well and truly stuck.

I suspect there is more to the Neteller case than meets the eye. They have not really found a way around the rules, they have come to what seems to be a very complicated agreement with the DoJ which will allow the balances to be returned under tightly controlled conditions. It is doubtful that Jackpot factory could hijack this.

HOWEVER, they MUST ensure that all outstanding issues are settled before ECOcard is lost as a withdrawal option. This means getting the monies back into player's accounts from whatever limbo they are now in, and getting them paid out to ECOcard (for those with one), before the deadline.
After this, they should have another method of payment in place, or stop taking deposits from US players until they do.

I believe that QuickTender is meant to fill that void. Evidence strongly suggests that it is EcoCard's spin off operation for the US. However, QT accounts are only offered by invitation from casinos to players, so this may not be a universal solution.

Quicktender contacted me as well....

and figuring I had nothing (more) to lose, I signed up. My question to my fellow players and to Bryan is this:
should this option be picked up by more MG casinos, the jackpot factory group specifically, in my case, would it make sense to request they do as others have done, redeposit the funds to players accounts, and use that as a method of withdrawal? I have not gone over ALL the Quick Tender fine print with a fine tooth comb, but I believe there are transaction fees involved, putting in, taking out, or both.

(FYI I received my invitation to Quicktender via Villa Villento)
