A few small issues with 32Red

One thing I have noticed about 32Red is that they care about the big things and ignore the small things. And that is wise *if* you can’t do both. If you are able to take care of both the big and small things, it’s better.

Here are a few small things they ignore:

    1. I play the download casino and there’s a link on the loyalty points (red rubies) page which says: “Find out how to earn more casino credits.”
It leads you to a page that says you can get extra credits by redeeming larger amounts of comp points. The problem is you can’t.
I’ve tried cashing in 2000 comp points at the same time and it doesn’t give you any extra credits.

    2. They advertise here: You must register/login in order to see the link.
If you play specific slots on Tuesdays you can accrue more comp points. Yet, when I follow the instructions on the webpage, I can’t see the ruby Tuesday link on my software.

    3. They also advertise daily free roll slot tournaments for depositing players here: You must register/login in order to see the link.
Yet, I can't recall ever seeing a 32Red freeroll in my life and I've checked the tournament pages many times.

I've tried discussing this before with Live Chat and they don’t seem to understand what I’m saying. Also, it’s been like this FOR YEARS.

They could be; out of date promos, limited by country, or you may need to be a Club Rouge member to access them. I'm not too sure.

    Does anyone know?

    Hi Petro,

I am not too sure about the one with extra cash for bigger amounts of comppoints, but that might be for the regular tiers, as they get bonus cash for their comppoints, and myself, being Club Rouge, would get cash and i also make 200% more comppoints then regular, so i think if it exists, it would be for the regular to gold:)

But i am sure there is a daily special tournament in 32Red and all it's sisters, and that is the 250,- daily Avalon freeroll.
They also have done a lot of random freerolls throughout the years, and also especially for CM members.

If you can not see it that sounds like a corrupt install, have they not advised you to try and re-install?
This also could explain you not seeing the link correctly. i haven't checked it in a while but i remember that working fine...

Anyway, if you have been unable to point out exactly what seems to be wrong, which i do find a bit odd, then i would suggest you contact Jonathan, Mark or Pat here, or through their respective emails, and i am sure they will do everything they can to sort it out for you.

I think Jonathan is the correct person for technical and/or player account queries.

    Thanks for the reply incrediblestuff.
If my memory serves I have asked live chat about this twice. They kept on giving me answers like; If you don't see it it's obviously not there.
Which doesn't fully answer my question.
Live chat are not too helpful I have noticed, particularly with the technical questions.

I will ask the most appropriate rep here on CM and see.
EDIT: I'm getting this looked at now through This email is not visible to you.

    Hi Petro,

Thanks for your post, I hope you are well. Your email was also passed to me for investigation, I appreciate you pointing out the above niggles.

On point 1, I see what you mean! I think this page is actually part of the casino lobby as I can't seem to edit. I've asked MG for access and we'll either have the link removed or amended.

Point 2 is a little bit easier, I hadn't updated the Ruby Tuesday page. My bad, thanks for pointing it out. You should now see the specials. :notworthy

Finally the daily freeroll does exist, it's the one incrediblestuff refers to. If you go to the tournaments lobby, slots, casino specials you will see a tournament entitled "$250 Daily Freeroll". This is the 32Red special you're looking for. There are a couple of others there at the moment too. :)

Once again thanks for your help, it is genuinely appreciated. Some of the older promotions do get overlooked sometimes.

    Regards,
    Mark

Thanks for the reply Mark. The level of service and the concern is well above what I expected.
You guys are too nice. :)

Why not include this as a permanent promotion/bonus? I think it is a great idea.
For example a member who would redeem 5000 points for a bonus of $50 would get an additional bonus of $5. Since they redeemed their rubies/loyalty points in bulk.

It would make your casino more interesting I think.

Perfect thread for me to butt in as well.

Mark I have had big problems last couple days. Livechat was kind and tried all they could to help. But problem seems to now have been sent to Microgaming. Really frustrating.

I decided to sign up at other 2 brands Golden Lounge and Nedplay. But I can not register my alias for slots tournaments. No matter what I try. Comes up with error.

Also my Dash Casino account I have tried reinstalling several times and also clearing cookies and all that. NO I will not try again as does just not work. When inside software client at Dash Casino no matter what I try it will not open a slot tournament. I double click like I always do at 32Red but nothing happens. At Golden Lounge and Nedplay it works fine but Alias can not be registered.

Hope maybe you could check and follow up on this as surely I can not be the only one with this problem. I have spent so much time yesterday and today so frustrating

    Hi Paaske,

    Thanks for your post.

I saw this had been raised with our friends at MG, it sounds like an issue only they can resolve. I'll check on progress tomorrow.

    Thanks for your patience.

That's very interesting. This issue surfaced at Vegas Partner Lounge as a consequence of the migration. It still hasn't been fixed. This indicates it may be a wider issue than account migrations as it has affected two newly registered accounts in the same group where in the original account, the player has an alias.

In the early days, Microgaming had a network wide system which meant players could only have one alias across all Microgaming casinos. This restriction was removed at the request of operators when the Grand Slam of Slots was launched. It's possible that some code intended to enforce this old restriction is hanging around still, and it's this that now causes this odd error. Microgaming had to update parts of the system to allow these migrations to work. and Vegas Partner Lounge were the proving ground.
