I just noticed their RG setting whereby you cannot instantly reduce your self-set deposit limits without e-mailing CS.

For example I am getting battered there as you've seen by my recent videos, so I reduced the daily limit for £200 to a weekly of £50 and I'll try somewhere else now.

"If you wish to reduce your deposit limit, for example from €100 to €50, this can be done at any time but will not come into effect until the end of your current limit period. Should you wish for your deposit limit to be reduced with immediate effect, please contact [email protected] or via LiveChat and it will be implemented within 24 hours of the request being received."

So that means I could continue to deposit £200 a day for the next 3 days as it doesn't take effect until May 29. I want to how this text can talk about 'current period' when my current period is daily anyway and would surely end tomorrow on the 27th.? Every other site, if you did this the time period would begin there and then, so would know I'd already deposited more than £50 this week and I wouldn't be able to deposit another £50 until a week from now.

I expect this sort of stunt from some sites but am surprised it happens here!

Isn't this the type of thing that should be considered before casinos become accredited on here?

Good casino or not, it goes against everything RG stands for :(

I was under the impression that any reduction(s) in deposit limits must take effect immediately? And without the need to contact CS, either via e-mail or live chat? The player is supposed to have an RG facility available at all times, should he/she wish to adjust his/her RG controls.

And that only increases in deposit limits are subject to a wait to take effect. eg 24 hours for a daily limit, 7 days for a weekly limit etc.

It's bang out of order. And quite disappointing, given their top-rated at CM status.

I know the Trada people personally and am in no doubt (unlike Redbet below) that IF something is not described or working properly in their RG section it will be sorted very smartish....of that I am 100% confident hence the unnatural politeness from my good self.

Not the first accredited site though: aside from the 32red affair, we had the sham Redbet deposit limits miss-described on their sites i.e. set £50 monthly limit, deposit 50 and withdraw say 100 and you could then deposit again until you had actually LOST the 50 so the deposit limit actually worked as a 'loss limit'. :mad:

Trada have got in touch very quickly via PM though and there is a possibility it may actually work as we think it should; the way it reads in the image is just misleading. I'll update when their compliance has checked it out. :thumbsup:

Indeed. And yes, I remember those two cases you mentioned.

Kudos for Trada for getting back with a response to you so quickly. I get the feeling that kink will be ironed out soon.

No, that's why I filed it here as 'your input' as I wasn't sure I was reading it right - it seems I was but within minutes they PM'd me anyway so I responded as soon as I got it. I would have initiated the PM myself after checking if you guys read it how I did, but they were quicker off the mark than me.

Because it's not a complaint as such, I wouldn't deposit even if it would let me. It's not an issue that needs resolving for me personally or urgently more of an observation that all players need to be aware of - either the RG settings aren't working as we'd expect or the wording isn't correct.

If I stand in a dog shit outside your house do I go and knock on your door first complaining, or wait and warn the other people walking up the path behind me?

I do not blame them no matter how naughty it is :)

If the U.K regs are going to beat round the bush than why not take advantage. If the commission actually got things straight to begin with than sites would not try and work around the vague rules.

It did read that limit will be set at end of the weekly duration but to contact CS for instance change.

But there is a slight problem with this as we all know how some customer service handle things like change deposit amount and take a small break. I am not saying Trada would do this but we have heard many of storys about people taking a break or limits and next thing there locked out for good

the last thing someone would want to do is contact support to talk about limits

Whatever people have been drinking tonight, I want some.

In fact I bet that pissing Tesco driver had a few himself, he's probably lying by the side of the road somewhere in his own vomit whilst some late-night revellers are taking their pick of my groceries :eek:

Now imagine having to spend all morning talking to their CS asking about my phantom order. Hurrah! :mad:

Drop DL has never been instant at trada thats why a degenerate like me has to use the TAB function with them. Trada are good but they have this one wrong. Thats why I more than often choose TAB so they get nothing from me. Another offender of this is Star Spins - takes over a week (or more) for DL to kick in. So again I use the more bruat TAB

A bit surprised this is your complaint and not their servers lol. Ive been watching a bit of your videos and its just constant disconnections. Has to be infuriating.

I was humming and hawing about depositing in Trada again. I've read so much good about them and really the only reason I hesitate is cause it "seems" like they only have six or so software providers, 2 of which I can't play here in Canada.
Damn it!

Trada is a top notch but this is really something what you would expect from casino that shares costarican and curacao license because they couldnt afford to get full license so they combined 2x 1/2 to make things work :D

seriously ive played at places that nobody here has ever heard of, licensed in curacao mostly and lowering limits works instantly there while raising limits takes a week. Without having to contact cs, reps or ecogra :oops:

very sneaky and not cool thing to do, and for people who are complaining because it was posted here... yeah lets just ignore it and maybe it goes away.

Damn it!

I would play there if I were you - they are great casino and will pay you quick and reliably, unfortunately the software licensing issues for certain countries are beyond their control. This is a relatively small issue with either their RG set-up or more likely the description needs a tweak - as Deeplay says you could by-pass it anyway by using TAB which does work although that shouldn't be necessary.

To lockinlove, yes the disconnects are frustrating but Novibet, another of my favoured casinos, does it too especially the same on WMS slots.

I think it's more the server at peak web traffic times here.
