If you're like me, there are a lot of good reasons i can come up with not to read the small print, like too small, or not as fun as playing, or no time now, but for sure later...

I learned a very tough lesson over the last couple of days. I was playing at a very popular (8.8 rated) I made a small deposit along with a bonus of 100% match and 15 FS. Anyway to make a long sad story bearable, I made the $1000 playthrough and then won another $1100. But I didnt read the fine print and I found out too late that it was limited to 6 or 7 new games, and playing any other game would void my winnings. Usually if a game is not included under certain bonus conditions, it will be locked or a msg will say due to coupon restrictions you cant play this game. Not the case here. This sucks but what can i do about it after the fact. Not a damn thing but i coulda had $1100, if only i would have taken a few minutes to...read the fine print.

That sucks. I would be surprised to hear that no one else on this forum has made stupid mistakes. We've done them all and we learn by it and this forum sure as hell educates us. At least you have a good attitude about it.

I have never played at a casino where the games that were restricted weren't already blocked. IMO it's not fair to have the games available and hope you read someplace in the fine print that you're limited to 5 or 6 new games. It seems "sneaky" to me and with the end result being just what they hoped for - no payout for you. That would turn me off that casino for good.

Asked CS now about a 100% bonus with 15 FS and they definately told me that there is no such bonus.

However, she was pissed like someone who heard this question about 100 times today. Sorry for that:)

Last but not least I didn`t found the T&C`s stating the new slot thing.

GENERAL BONUS TERMS
29.1 These Bonus Terms and Conditions are general and supplementary to the terms and conditions for any specific promotion. Most bonuses, like the Casino Welcome Bonus and Monthly Reload Bonus have additional terms and conditions that can be found on our promotions page. Violations of the bonus rules will void any winnings and bonus on the account. Any subsequent game play on the account in question may also be declared void.
29.2 For deposit bonuses, the bonus and qualifying deposit must be turned over (wagering requirement) a certain amount of times before any part of the deposit, bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn from the customer's account. Unless otherwise specified, the WR will be set to a 50x the bonus amount. For any bonus given that does not require a deposit the WR will also be set to 50x the bonus amount. If a customer withdraws or transfers any part of the initial deposit, bonus funds or associated winnings prior to meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and deleted from the customer's account.
29.3 Only real money play (on all games other than those excluded) will contribute to the wagering requirements of any bonus give. Playing with fun money does not contribute.
29.4 Not all games contribute the same percentage towards reducing a player's wagering requirement. Wagers made on most games contribute 100%, with the following exceptions: All slot machines and other games with a progressive jackpot contribute 50%. Super Nudge 6000, Jackpot 6000 and Mega Joker classic slots contribute 20%. Table Games, Hi-Lo games and Video Poker games (except Jacks or Better) contribute 10%. All type of Black Jack games, All Roulettes, All Jacks or Better Video Poker, Punto Banco, Baccarat, Oasis Poker, Texas Hold´em, Craps and Casino Hold´em contribute 1%.
29.5 The customer has a certain number of days from receiving the bonus to meet the wagering requirement. If bonus expiry date is reached or if bonus funds or associated winnings are attempted withdrawn before the bonus requirement is met, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be surrendered. Unless otherwise stated this number of days is set to a 15.
29.6 Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available is prohibited. Players doing so agree to have their bonus and any winnings on the account void.
29.7 If player loses his entire deposit and associated bonus, but have not satisfied the entire wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
29.8 Only one deposit bonus or free spins of each kind is allowed per customer, per household, per shared computer, per shared address and per shared IP address.
29.9 Some bonuses are automatic on deposit. If a player receives a bonus he does not wish to have or if he does not wish to be bound by the terms of a bonus received the player needs to contact support to have the bonus removed. If play is initiated the player agrees to be bound to the terms of the bonus.
29.10 Bonuses offered by CasinoLuck are intended for genuine recreational players only. Abuse of the bonus offer will not be tolerated. CasinoLuck reserves the right to investigate, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected.
29.11 CasinoLuck reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any bonus or offer at any time without prior notice and it is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes and updates.
29.12 CasinoLuck reserves the right to exclude players from any current and all future promotions if we have reason to believe they are abusing the promotion.
29.13 In case of any dispute, the decision by CasinoLuck is final.

But maybe these rules are for this special bonus, I don`t know.

Can you please give us a link to this bonus rule. I have an account there and don`t want to have the same issues.

Thank you

One more reason not to play there. No good behaviour at all:eek:

No, they were following their rules. The player did not.

Noone can or should play at Inetbet without reading their rules, for every bonus or free chip or whatever they are going to play there.
They are always fair and give the deposit back is someone have missed reading the rules, but they are never paying anyone just to be nice.

I don't know why they believe they need to have that kind of bonuses. Players just see that it's a higher % but doesn't realize they are limited...and yes, they should of course block all other games:rolleyes:

I've been denied my cashout there too...twice!

I knew reading had to be Inetbet. They frequently offer a free chip and deposit matches on new games.

It's easy to check which games are available at any time by going to cashier and checking Coupon Details.

I feel for the OP. That's a pricy lesson.

Best of luck with your "do over".

thank you i do appreciate the kind words everyone...live and learn and read the fine print

Like the viking said nextcasino would not do such things, But after reading a few more I see it was not that casino,

Playing any site you have to read the rules, Whether it be the fine print or bolded print 95% is unnecessary, The main parts to look for is,
Allowed games,
Max bet / Line bet the line bet also catches people out
Max withdraw

There is many casino that its not in there terms what games are allowed, There is normally a link but again you easy can miss this,
Nothing worse than gettng a withdraw denied due to stupid rules, I have been caught out a few time in the past, But like you said why cant they just block games?

I can't speak for the OP, but i think from reading this thread they were just trying to share their experience and admitting they were wrong without dragging the casino into it. It is good he got his deposit back. Thanks for the warning even though i almost never play with a bonus on my deposits .

I'm pretty sure it was Inetbet. OP said it's not Next / Casinoluck.

Inetbet coupon system doesn't work very well. Some of us might remember the case where Inetbet considered a game not to be part "Real Series Slots " even though it was under this category and on a sister site it was specifically mentioned as a "Real Series" Slot. As soon as this was posted Inebet started altering their website but still without any intention to pay the OP. It's like: we admit we made a mistake, and lied that the player could never ever possibly see this slot under "Real Series" but whatever, we're still not paying. Fair?

There was also a complaint where a guy played one single bingo game before wagering and winning a lot of money on slots. But sorry, bingo was not included so all the winnings (won on eligible slots) were removed. Does anyone, even an Inetbet lover, would think this is fair?

I also had my winnings removed. It was a coupon that turned out was only meant to be used on certain day of the week or something. I couldn't even get my deposit back (eventually got it after a lot of complaining and pestering the rep). Never played there again.
