I won $4250 at 7 Sultans,which is on their winners board but not paid.I have sent them Passport,current utility bill and both sides of credit card.All in colour as requested and all in 300dpi as requested.But,as anticipated they have requested a copy of a card used years ago which has expired and the bank destroyed.The bank account no longer exists nor has been used,which has been explained to them.This occured at another site and was promptly fixed by Ecogra.Do they think we are fools that dont realise they are trying to get out of payment.Watch yourselves if they try this on you report it to Ecogra immediately and post it here.

You know, I can see where that is a problem. When a card expires, I destroy it. Wonder how long we are expected to keep old cards, anyone know?:confused:


Scary! :eek: I've used various cards which have expired or I've closed them down. Are we really expected to pull out these old cards we may have used days/months/years ago if we won anything substantial:confused:

Now they insist on copy of non existent card,or cant proceed.In the reply was quote,"I am so impressed that youre such an expert on casino rules and regulations." How rude,they dont like it when someone is correct and they are WRONG.

The op has been around long enough to know he should contact the rep before threatening ecogra complaints.

I think the idea of the post is to make noise and threats and make them pay, as the op has advised others to do previously.

I just read the op's post in September 2011 praising FL. I would expect that your previous association with them would have made them less suspicious of you and its unlikely they will be trying to stall payment for a regular customer. Have you really told us everything?

I am really impressed that you are such an expert in the casino rules and regulations" For this reason all I can say is that our procedures do require certain verification documents from you as per our terms and conditions.If the card is no longer in your possession,please do send us a letter from your bank certifying this,we will gladly accept this." The account has been closed for YEARS and I am no longer with that bank.A letter from a bank im not with,from a closed account and expired card???

Dear Nifty, With all due respect,do you expect players to not stand up for themselves when thats what the casino wants? Sounds like you may be on commission from some of the posts here to not only myself,but other members

Idea is too make these ACCREDITED casinos realise that they cant get away with this sort of thing.Going to reps first suits them due to no postings about roguish behaviour.Whos side are you on?

I make a comfortable living from posting positive things about casinos. It put my kids through school. Sometimes I am paid up to $500 per day just to influence other members to blindly take the casino side in disputes without question which, as you can see, on a daily basis, is a total success.

You have no right to interfere with my legitimate income.

Is it really that difficult to contact the bank and ask to certify you had that account in question? I would gladly do that for $4K. Meanwhile, please tell me when was the last time you used that credit card? 4 years? 5 years?

Nifty does not have to be on your side and neither would I. This group is accredited for very good reasons and many positive playing experiences from many players. Now we are told to believe you and you could overcome your problem by contacting the bank. If you had tried and the bank refused with a written reply it might be different unless............

Its common knowledge (and casinomeister policy if i'm not mistaken) to allow a casino rep the opportunity to fix / resolve / investigate a problem before posting a complaint here. The way your thread reads it is typically of someone trying to throw "smoke" to avoid people catching on to the missing "facts" of the case. I'm not saying you are lying but your comment above doesn't make much sense.

Last time that account was used is at least 2 years.I have deposited on many occasions since with the CARD they have.This is so OBVIOUS a delay pay tactic.I am sure players reading these posts are also not stupid.They can see what is being attempted too.

There are NO hidden,missing or undisclosed facts.If you or anybody does not believe me thats fine.Freedom of speech is more than respected.Which is what I am doing,using MY freedom of speech.I am fine with the rep sorting it out.If not,I am more than fine to let Ecogra do it.I also believe that all players have the right to know when a casino is trying a stunt(FREEDOM OF SPEECH).Going through the rep first means no posts about attempts to DECEIVE.I will not go silently into the night.

P.S Nifty, I am not interfering with your LEGITIMATE income.Just making sure that not only can I read between the lines that you get paid by these casinos.So can everyone else now see your totally unbiased opinion.

No-one is gagging you but you have to be responsible for what you say especially when you are trying to discredit a group which is normally honest in its dealings. You keep evading my question. Did you contact the bank and at least ask for them to confirm that you held the cc in question . If not, why not? Dont just quote 'freedom of speech' when it doesnt even relate to the issue in hand.

No,I havent contacted the bank in question as I HAVE NOT USED AND HAVE HAD THAT ACCOUNT CLOSED for years.I can do that for you though,no problem.The issue is simple and we shall let the other players decide for themselves.They can take the money from the card I have used every time for the last however long it has been without a query.I provide them with THAT CARD and PASSPORT and UTILITY BILL all in the requested colour and 300dpi.If not obvious to you,but im sure to 90% of players,the request of a card which has expired,account closed and not used for at least two years is a delay/not want to pay tactic.Unless of course you are earning money here to stick up for these accredited casinos then I guess these people wont see my BLATANT point.End story,all I want is to be paid from where I deposit from or moneybookers.Its not that hard.They have all ID.2 or 3 copies so they couldnt say we didnt get it.

Freedom of speech I agree,does not apply to some of this post.It applies to being able to post attempts at delays etc before going to rep etc,otherwise players ARE NOT being informed of such occurrences.How then do new players have ANY hope of obtaining their money when there are no players prepared to warn of such practices.Or worse still,not being ALLOWED to post such attempts!This forum needs these occurrences raised at the onset.
