Hi guys..

Maybe my english is so bad?

Ive deposit 30€ yesterday.. via paysafecard.. after the deposit "paysafecard.com" confirmed the transaction.. but the casino tell me an error message..

But my money from this paysafe is away.. after 14 hours.. its still not back.. paysafecard told me ive to send the transactions id and webshop id to 7spins casino.. but this support just say "not finished deposit" try again try again... bla bla--

i dont know what i can do now..

i can see "payment confirmed" on paysafecard check
 
So did you talk with 7 spins support directly or you,ve just sent them e-mail and got response? Maybe you need to be more aggressive against them. It seems it might take a lot of time to see what happened, because support usually wants to do as much as they can to just say fu** off to you and you can't just let it go. It is your money.
