7 Sultans won't credit PayPal purchase

I hope no one else has this problem. I used the PayPal banner on their site to purchase credits which were to be posted to my account immediately. I have since emailed over 20 times, forwarding all information about the PayPal payment to them and phoned daily without any success. They keep telling me that they have forwarded my information to the proper people. At first they assured me that it would be taken care of by close of business that day, then it expanded to the next day or two. Yesterday the lady on the phone told me that it should be taken care of with in the next week or two. I hope others will think twice before depositing money with this casino.
This is my second experience with making a deposit, the first with this casino. It took me a week to get one bonus credited from Orbital Casino after my first deposit, and I'm still waiting on another, so I changed casinos in hopes of getting quicker service.
Within a WEEK? What are they, nuts?

Mine was credited INSTANTLY. It's supposed to be automated. Except it wasn't 7 Sultans, it was the sister casino Fortune Room.
I made a deposit from PayPal to Royal Vegas Casino, also a sister of 7Sultans and Fortune Room...and the transfer was made with no problem at all. I also received a check for winnings from Royal Vegas within about 10 days of cash-in...I think the Fortune Lounge sites are honest....maybe S. Clark was the victim of a software glitch....maybe check with PayPal?????
