    Some advise please, before my account was transferred to spin casino, I made a big withdrawal of £4027.14, now I received £2737.59 into my account on Saturday, but still have not received the remaining £1289.41, now I have contacted live support and was told that my withdrawal was allocated in 2 portions is this normal ?
    The agent also stated that I have not received my payment because the withdrawal had failed yesterday and there are re-processing it, has this happen to anyone els? and you get payed?

    Fortune Lounge seem to be having plenty of problems paying the final withdrawals of UK players before the changeover. Even though it should get sorted out in the end, this has all the makings of a fiasco as this is the third such complaint about non receipt of a withdrawal by a UK player from FL, and in all three cases, the operator has blamed the changes in the UK.

    It's too early to say whether any UK player has suffered an excessive delay coupled with the runaround between FL and Spin over who is responsible to the extent that it can be called a non payment. Hopefully, FL will work closely with Betway group in order to untangle this mess during next week such that UK players are united with their money.

    Missing withdrawals may end up in the migrated account at Spin casino, and presumably there will be a no nonsense payment through Spin casino where this turns out to be the case. The player will probably have to log in to their migrated account at Spin casino in order to resubmit the withdrawal request.
