1) In a US-liberalised market in which online casino companies are operating, commissions to affiliates would presumably be declared as promotional expenses to the IRS, raising the question of tax payment by said affiliates?
2) Regarding 7Red, the excuse that a BS membership logo was the fault of a designer seems a little thin to me. Surely management carries the ultimate responsibility for checking outsourced work to ensure everything is above board? (I'm still surprised that 32Red didn't fire a warning shot at these guys on their branding, given their prior reaction to 32Vegas btw)
