Sent documents 50 hours ago and still have no response and got not verified.

4 figure Withdrawl pending for 60 hours now.

It's unprofessionell and unacceptable.

70 hours pending was too much for me.
I just played it back in tiltness.
Thats what these bastards waited for...

It was 3000 very important Euros to me... ;-(((

something is up there i stopped playing there few months ago
after a payout was still pending after 24 hours, used to be within an hour ?

Was over 3 years ago same thing happened to me, lost it all, blocked the account forever, really crap practices, good to hear they keep doing the same bullshit, ppl should avoid the casino in my opinion, if you have a different opinion feel free to have it.

Maybe they're too busy with the merge finalization, as Evoke brands joined them :)

I'll ping Mr Green about this anyway..

Howdy!

Sorry @argentus I was busy answering your PM and missed the thread.

We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible but sometimes when a verification needs to be completed and the withdrawal amount is big, it takes some extra time as the transaction is handled manually for security reasons.

Should you ever feel the need to cancel your withdrawal and gamble it I strongly suggest that you take a break from gambling. You can use our take a break function to make sure that you will not be able to access your account until the funds have been processed and the break will not effect the processing time in a negative way.

From my understanding the matter has now been dealt with via our support.

Good answer. It's nice seeing casino reps discouraging folks from reversing their winnings.

Ah, of course Mr Green kudos to him, I thought for one magical moment it was the advice of ahem *splutter* number-colour then I woke up....

their long processing times is why I don't play there anymore.

I wonder what percentage of gamblers do not ever feel the need to reverse? Surely a minority.

It's a shame @Mr Green doesn't feel so strongly about responsible gaming that they implement processes to prevent reversals. It's almost as if they are assisting this irresponsible behaviour by not doing so.

Sorry, BS answer from the rep here. The mere suggestion that the OP would have issues with RG is circumventing the fact that their verification processing times are ridiculously long - very poor service and also in conflict with any RG measures.

Many players who do not have any issues with RG are known to reverse (including myself, it happens sometimes), it's common knowledge and Mr Green just wants to capitalise on that, rather than blocking the reversal as suggested above.

The desire to reverse is always there, and eats away at you

Knowing a withdrawal takes in excess of a day is already too much....I can imagine many, if not most would feel perfectly justified in reversing some of those winnings. And before you know it, it's gone....

Instead of arsing around with player- harassment over imaginary money laundering, the very first thing the UKGC should have made mandatory is locking winnings.

By far the worst aspect of the industry, and casinos still employ this tactic to this day with no opposition from anyone :what:

Responsible Gambling ought to work both ways, not just rest with vulnerable players that are made to wait like sitting ducks

To be honest the response from the rep reminds of those alcohol companies promoting "drink responsibly" on a cheap bottle of high strength spirits. As I mentioned earlier - if Mr Green really cared they would do something about it. Instead you reverse and they suggest you might have a gambling problem as they sweep up your chips. They are fooling nobody.

Meanwhile we have 120 hours and the account is still not verified. Only apologies, that they are very busy at the moment.

I cannot recommend Mr. Green.

Plus: nobody ever replied before this Thread.
If they really want you to play responsible, they just let you lock your withdrawl and not keeping it in a reversal status for 120 hours plus.

@Casinomeister I am sure your affiliate earnings are good with mr. Green, but i am also sure that you need to update the Mr. Green review about reverse time and speed of withdrawl. Do you really think @mrgreen s answer was a good one?
Do you really think reverse times about 120 hours are okay?

We all know that verification almost always is making a withdraw take longer, especially the first one, so if it's a revers time listed here then it's for the normal time it takes for a cashout. If you believe Casinomeister is having a shorter time listed because he is an affiliate, then you are wrong.

Not defending the casino here at all. I had problems with my verification and it took way too long. I closed my account...but after I got my money.

Edit: Next casino you play at maybe you should make sure to be verified before you make your first deposit. That is a way to prevent these things to happen, until casinos are forced to remove the revers option.
