50 hours Verification Mr. Green

It is not the first time I hear this stories about Mr. Green. I've seen some communication between them and some of my players before. There verification was taking way too long too.

They always had a good reputation. Reading this thread seems they are slipping though. And when you read this many complaints it makes people hesitant to want to play there. I know I wont until a fair amount of time passes by. Same thing with slotsmillion. I closed my account for 3 months because they made me feel very uneasy so I will just sit back and watch and wait it out and see where it all goes from there.

I took the consequences after they lied (more than one week later and contact with the rep) about my verification documents and self excluded me from there.

They told me i didnt send them Bank Documents with Logo of the Bank (i did and i have confirmation of livechat that i did) and that they miss a screenshot of my neteller account with Name on it (they also had it from the first day and i got it confirmed)

For me they get no 2nd chance and i hope a lot of people will follow. MrGreen is not a trustworthy place to play on.

Did they pay in the end? I always assumed they were just stalling / encouraging players to play their winnings back. I didn't think they were properly dodgy?

@Slotster! - I reversed after some days and played it back. Their strategy worked perfectly on me.

Ouch... Sorry to hear that. I'd love to hear from any ex-casino employees just how much is made from reversals/sluggish withdrawals with the funds still made available; I bet it's massive. The red flag for me was when the funds weren't 'held' awaiting processing - but returned into my account to play with whilst they were doing their 'checks' lol. Still good to play, yes? Just not to withdraw... In my case the deposits and withdrawals were made to and from the exact same, authenticated, place they always had been. Funny how they were OK to send me a moderate withdrawal from my balance but not all of it
