Not a native speaker myself, so I am interested in the use of "baddest". Is it some sort of slang?

It is slang. It can be used to mean either worst or toughest/coolest.

mike031 does not have so much experience with these online shops. He thinks bodog to be the worst.
Many have made different experiences.
And even i think bodog is far from being the baddest.
Not even inetbet is baddest.
No. There are so called casinos, which are so ridiculous that i would nt even touch their name,
Bodog is second league, but may qualify. Because there is no RTG to be seen that deserves to be called at the 32red level.

49 casino closes

This was the email I received from them:
