Since my earlier post the software has crashed eight more times

I agree with Louise on the computer settings for the software. I have not had any problems since the update with new games except for lack of bonus rounds...

If one computer crashes that many times it might need some tuning up. Just a suggestion. Defrag, scandisk, delete partial files and cookies does wonders to fix some of the problems. Going to windows update also helps.

I did notice on some of the agents computers in my office after having installed Service Pack 3 many have had some serious issues. I made them uninstall this update and it rectified itself.

Just a few tidbits that might halp since you are having such serious issues.

We did find that a small amount have had problems since the release of Vista also, grrrr! I have a love hate relationship with Vista!

I banned all vista operating systems from my office. If they had it they were on their own sad to say..

Vista is a killer for many hardware/software issues especially in an office setting.

Like I've always said, beta testing new software by the public is very dangerous. If you're letting real money players beta test gambling software then you're really asking for it.

Okay,I just finished the playthrough req's. I deposited $48 and cashed out $1670 total. The four new games are all really fun and I'm sure once the kinks are ironed out this software will be very well received.
