$4,100 cashout at Prism

Not trying to flame the casino, the PAB section says to post all complaints in the forum:

I deposited $2k on 7/26/06, and cashed out $4100 on 8/1/06. I did not submit a faxback form, as I have been paid in the past without problems. $500 was approved for Neteller on 9/1/06, which I still have not recieved. I have spoken to Dean the manager probably twice a week since I first requested my withdrawal. I even went to the trouble of opening a Firepay account, as he told me I would get paid faster, which clearly has not happened. I was also blatantly lied to today by live support. I was told by Tony that 2k had been approved for my firepay. When I went to check my account to confirm it, I saw that no such thing had taken place.

I also filed a dispute with Montana and PM'd the Prism rep listed in the casino contacts page.

Live chat? These guys are rude and lie without blinking an eye. Without going into details, what was the range of their cashouts to you in the past? If you didnt take a bonus, maybe you should post in the other complaints section on non-bonus issues.

My prior cashouts were usually in the range of 2-4k. Also I did take a bonus, an $1800 fully cashable bonus.

If you play at RTG casinos - please, I'm begging you, don't play at these Costa Rican clip shot joints. There are five very well run RTGs listed at Casinomeister. That should be enough.
