Not trying to flame the casino, the PAB section says to post all complaints in the forum:
I deposited $2k on 7/26/06, and cashed out $4100 on 8/1/06. I did not submit a faxback form, as I have been paid in the past without problems. $500 was approved for Neteller on 9/1/06, which I still have not recieved. I have spoken to Dean the manager probably twice a week since I first requested my withdrawal. I even went to the trouble of opening a Firepay account, as he told me I would get paid faster, which clearly has not happened. I was also blatantly lied to today by live support. I was told by Tony that 2k had been approved for my firepay. When I went to check my account to confirm it, I saw that no such thing had taken place.
I also filed a dispute with Montana and PM'd the Prism rep listed in the casino contacts page.
