For a serious response, sometimes after a deposit from e-wallets I have to log off and back on to find my funds accepted and in my account, weird huh.

But it's always there.

Edit: But I blame either the bloated software or my slow interent connection

It's not your connection because I've never had funds instantly available without going out of real play and waiting a few minutes. I use EWalletExpress. Been that way since I started playing there earlier this year.

I have to admit I am surprised that a casino would actually front a player money on a promise. As has been noted already, no other casino would even think of doing this.

Can't help but wonder if Enzo or staff ever worry about getting stiffed? How would it be handled? Do you do a chargeback or something if a player doesn't repay you? Just curious.

What I have observed over time regarding Enzo and 3Dice, the important thing is not the return, as it is noted more than once this casino can be very tight, but the customer service, Enzo, lightning fast payouts and games though few that are very different from the norm.

Looking at Enzo's info, he has been around her for several years, has accumulated a nice amount of rep points, inidcating he does not shirk his responsibility to players, no matter if it's for kudo's or complaints. Some things may start out as this thread had, being bumpy and through being able to work things out, Blacklab and Enzo have resolved the issue in a manner that is befitting a good manager and a good player.

I guess the long timers with this group has grown an amount of trust that at least they will be treated fairly and always paid in a timely manner. They know the manager and trust him. This is what keeps players, even when they get disgusted, un-install, they always seem to go back.

Compared to other casinos, all you get is bad return and not much else, maybe a payout in a timely manner, but what else do they have going for them?

If I ever play anywhere again, it would be at 3Dice, because losing will happen anywhere, but if I win, then I would have confidence that I would never have to worry about being paid.

My only problem is, I had re-downloaded 3Dice and still have the bug issue, haven't pursued the problem yet, but this is the only casino on my pc.

Yes I have quit, but on the rare occasion I wish to play some, since I am not able to get out to the B&M, I will play once or twice a month.

Before I would play many places several times in a week, these places are all gone and done with.

But you can't fault a gamer for wanting that little fix once in a blue moon. I have stated before that I may play a little occcasionally, but as far as most casinos are concerned, they have lost my business. Yes, a lot of it has to do with trust, like with RTG, I will never trust that software again.

So if I am going to ever play again, it might as well be where a player at least has a rep they can talk or vent to.

So I still feel the way I have stated in the past, but being stuck at home 24/7, makes it difficult to never ever play again.

Posters like yourself, do convince even those of us that quit, that if we decide to play, then maybe this is the casino to play at, simply because so many of you do trust it.

That's because Super Suits "+" has been genetically modified
to NOT pay out the way it used to.

I believe a day or two prior to Super Suits being
molested, a couple of people hit X300+ their bets according
to "Zeitgeist"

The 3Dice team probably had a conference afterward
and pointed to their pie chart and suggested to change the payout
of Super Suits to be even more in 3Dice's favor.

The rest is history.

Remember when supersuits first came out, the max bet was $9, then they lowered it to $4.50. You could really clean up on that game if you could hit it at the right time playing $9. For me that was only during a tourney - I think my personal highest max bet over the whole history of my real game play at 3Dice was $2.

Anyhow I played a tourney with the 'new' SS and hit the feature 4 times in a half an hour of play. 3 of them paid right around $100 and the other one I got ONE retrigger and that paid out a bit over $600. I suppose if you kept getting retriggers you could still do ok with it.

EDIT: I also say "cool beans" Occasionally I even accidentally say "groovy"

hi all ,got to pipe in as ive been reading this thread from start , lets not keep bashing 3 dice , i play there aswell i too used to have very bad runs there closed my account many times in the start , i dont play there so much now , but play when i fancy it , they have some great games to play there service is very very good i would even say top notch, i think the vip tier is a little wrong but thats mho but there cashouts are fast aswell, you have good days there & bad if your going to batter the same casinos all the time at some point your going to lose ,pointless moaning about just forget it & move on try some other day , there always polite to me whatever i ask for , even if its a very silly question , so maybe we should look at some of the postives coming from this casino aswell , bare that in mind too please
