    Hi folks. I mostly lurk here, but need to pass on some information about a distressing situation at 3dice. I've been waiting for payouts totalling 7 thousand US Dollars since requesting on approximately January 7, 2016. 3 dice USUALLY gets me my payouts in about 10 days (I'm in the US). I originally inquired about the lateness around the 14-day mark, and was told that they were having issues with US payouts and were revamping the system for the better of all, with my payouts processed in the new system. Since then I've asked and emailed multiple times over weeks\months, and only get vague responses that indicate that the payments are coming any day now, and that things are almost completed. No details, no expected payment date.

    Well, I've lost patience, it's March 2 and getting on towards two months. There's been no indication that there is any type of problem with the legitimacy of the payouts, and yet here I sit. I'm a straight-up player, I don't try to play tricks or pull fast ones, sometimes I lose, sometimes I win, but when I win I expect my money. I am very upset.

    I've been a 3dice player for many years, and while there have been some issues with deposits, I've never had a payout issue, and it distresses me to have to surface this issue publicly, but it really makes me wonder about the condition of the organization at this time. I'd recommend any 3dice players take heed of this possible issue when playing at 3dice.

    I'll continue to update on the situation here as things progress.

    Wow I,am surprised that you have been a member here for 4 year,s and no thread,s or any type of activity and you PAB right out of the gate? 3DICE has a rep here did you try contact with them first? It is a requirement here on PAB that you try them first? I have tried to get in to 3DICE and unfortunately they do not accept any mew US member,s. So on that I can,t really help except to say try the rep here? 3DICE is a accredited and as far as I know they are a casino of some fame here.     This is the complaint forum, isn't it? I've notified the casino rep here that the complaint has been posted as well as discussed the issue with the forum owner previously. I don't find much I'm interested in replying to here, generally, so I don't post much, though I have followed this forum's content to an extent for four years. I'm not playing games. 3Dice has a good reputation but it isn't spotless and I consider this a serious matter. Thanks.

    I can only speak from my experience, and I have never not gotten paid from 3dice. I really hope this is just a misunderstanding, glitch, whatever. Not sure your name on there, but I am sure you are honest and a loyal player like the rest of us. I hope you get paid quickly and things get resolved. Good luck to you!

    I think that blonde has given us the perfect response to emulate. As a player, I have a genuine concern for OP's situation. I also have a great fondness for 3Dice. I will remain supportive of both parties and offer my sincerest wish that the situation be resolved quickly!

    I don't think the OP is worried about NOT getting paid. I think they are more worried about the vague responses and the long wait. In my opinion that does warrant some concern,(ok ALOT of concern).

    I honestly feel for the OP. When you play somewhere and become a loyal player you get use to how things "use to be." But lets face it folks, things have not been "how they use to be" at 3dice for quite a while now. Granted Enzo was becoming a dad, which is great, but at the same time you can't "ignore"(for lack of a better word) your business either. Yeah, sure take some time off and enjoy fatherhood, but how long was this break? It was long enough for Bryan to become concerned, and warn everyone.

    I love 3dice too, but times are changing and no one knows that better then the US players. I have not heard of any other site having deposit issues lately as much as 3dice. Granted 3dice is a smaller establishment, and that could be the reason why. But I have been asked by many loyal 3dice players if I felt there was more going on behind the scenes than what has been told to us. There could very well be, but I don't know.

    I hope things get resolved here and in a quick fashion, I would hate to see 3dice lose a loyal player.

    I thought 3Dice is losing accredited due to long time no response from Enzo? That could be the reason why 3Dice is going downhill. Just be prepared for it. But make sure you keep in touch with the rep at all time first before posting in the complaint section. Give them time as well to response. Give it a few days about. Go to 3Dice casino software and contact a rep in chat to try get the answer but please play nicely and don't be rude or so. There are fairly nice rep there and some nice people. I haven't play on 3Dice for a while due to expensive exchange rate today now.

    I am sure that they are busy at 3Dice and will respond as they have time. My confidence in them as a site remains strong and I continue to play there every day without any issues no matter how small or big my wins might be.

    Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered, bar none.

    I spoke with a casino rep from 3dice on the phone 8 hours later, she called. Any day now, maybe a week? No use. No progress on a darned thing that fills my wallet with my winnings by any date. She was friendly but vague and assured me I would get my payouts eventually. I'm just cynical enough the call did not buoy my spirits.

    So they called you and this is going on since January? Hell yes! If you are telling us everything than its a HUGE concern! She said you will get your payout eventually? Thats exactly what she said? Eventually means what? The stats for payouts for this casino is

    3Dice Average Payout Time : 9 hour(s) 7 minute(s) 16 second(s) ....Im not buying this.

    I love 3Dice. I trust have always trusted them to the ends of the earth. But like LHofsdal said, things change. They have not been able to process deposits from usa for how long now? I am going to guess its been since you won that money. I am going to send you a pm mjmetz I have a suggestion for you that I don't feel comfortable posting.

    Each players circumstance is different. I have never heard of anyone not receiving their money. Hopefully Enzo or Anna will shed some light with this particular situation. I know a couple of players that have received a nice size cashout just this week, and since January. It has been difficult for USA players to deposit, but alas we have and are still able to play.;) daily.

    I'm not a darned bit sure I agree with the circumstance that every honest players circumstance is different, at all. I understand it's hard to get money into the US from gambling sites now, but as an offshore gambling site that allows US players (only legacy now apparently) they have an obligation to pay according to their stated policies. Approved in two days and there's a rough statement that it might take a week or ten days to get your payout in the US.

    While I was speaking to the rep on the phone the other day we also discussed my safe balance, which I wanted moved to a payout so that it was ready to go. This was done, and we talked for a while, and there was absolutely no indication given that the problem was on anything but their end. That's fine, but you can't just have 1 option in business, you need a reasonable plan B to keep your customers happy for payouts and deposits if you have this kind of activity occurring, that seems obvious. Other sites manage pretty well in comparison now, though it used to be harder.

    I really appreciate not being bashed here because I don't post much. I think I'm doing a fantastic job holding my temper.

    To give everyone a better idea of the magnitude of how pissed I might be, but am trying to be calm about, here's a screenshot of what I am NOW actually owed and have not received, starting Jan 7 2016 request.

    A withdrawal request from january that has not been recieved is totally unacceptable even from any casino IMO !! This is ridiculous !!! And now you have one from march 2 which looks huge !! I can understand you not recieving the latest one yet but (it should be soon I would think ) the ones from January , shame shame 3Dice !!

    What? How busy can they be?

    If I remember correctly they lost their accredited status because they were not responsible.

    Enzo told us they will be resonsible in the future and the accredited status was recovered.

    Now they have time to visit the forums and don`t read a thread about a complaint?

    Come on boys and girls, there is something wrong here.

    Enzo has a baby now, congrats. But please don`t tell anyone you have no time to do your job because your wife is pregnant. And answer questions and solve problems is your job as an accredited casino rep.

    If you can`t handle it 3dice needs another rep.
