3dice--support issue

Greetings,

I have no reason to believe there is any problem with the software at 3Dice.com. I have looked at their blackjack based on a very limited number of hands (a few more than 9000). Based on my review of these hands, the results were statistically normal, though unfortunately the player whose hands I examined did have "very bad luck."

I have no reason to believe there is any problem with the blackjack software at 3Dice.com based on my examination of this software.

I apologize to 3Dice.com if my previous post was construed as implying any issues exist with their software. I know of no such problems. However I stand behind my position that they should undergo a thorough audit as soon as is feasable for them.

Mr. Jacobsen, perhaps you should also audit this session played at the same casino by the same player at an earlier date. Yes?? His balance is over $10,000.00 from what I can see. Oh! Maybe someone forgot to mention the good times too!

Greetings,

I have no reason to believe there is any problem with the software at 3Dice.com. I believe that "damage control" was your best move at this juncture, but I also think some damage has already been done to 3Dice's reputation due to your previous reply which has somehow disappeared from view. I understand that a person in your field has obtained a much higher degree of learning than most of us in the mainstream especially where math and statistics are concerned, so when you guys throw around terminology, statistics and calculations, most of us just nod our heads and say "yeah! sounds right!" And it usually ends there.

But one thing you may not have known is that when you start talking about crunching numbers and calculating odds, and whatever else you guys do... the boys at 3Dice will just say "Welcome to MY world!" No outsourcing needed to disprove you if you're wrong... so you'd better be right! Nothing against you personally Sir! You're just doing what you were hired to do. How did you know you were walking into a lion's den? ;)

FTR Tim, this and all other good runs are included in the approx. 9600 hands of audited "very bad luck". Good runs do not determine whether software can be faulty as the experts have explained and educated me. In fact, it can often be a needle in a haystack the auditor is looking for that determines an unfair game. In the short run at least for table games, payout ratios do not necessarily determine fair software either. A very misleading number often quoted. Peace bra!........Also the SOF dated 12-10-2007 that I and 3Dice received is also approx. 7 or 8 pages long and was the final version and stated at least to me it was conclusively accurate. I remitted payment in full to Dr.J via online banking on the next day 12-11-07. Again last night, I was assured it was accurate and posted 2 small significant excerpts from the SOF that have now been deleted by Bryan as Dr.J is now rechecking the accuracy of the SOF after I believe discussing the SOF with Enzo. I have no problem with any of the above. I just would like to see an accurate and fair resolution for all parties. I think Enzo would admit that I have not been out of order with any of my actions but I do not want to put words in his mouth.

To the original poster, I understand your frustration after having similar issues with reversing withdrawals. Whilst it's easy for people to say 'just don't reverse it then' this can be a hard thing, a mixture of greed / thinking you are on a lucky streak.

I reversed and lost a large sum at 3dice and after a bit of moaning I can no longer reverse withdrawals and I'd like to thank them for this. I can say without a doubt 3dice is the best CS I have experienced with any casino by far in the years I've been playing. I'm a loyal player and stick to a select few casinos but loyalty doesn't really exist at the likes of 32red and ladbrokes when you see the difference with 3dice but for CS and loyalty bonuses.

I've had big wins and big losses, for example I posted 4500+ wins at https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/winner-screenshots.4193/ but my worse loss is just under 2000 in one session on Medieval moolah, swings and roundabouts!

Ultimately it's your own fault for reversing but I do agree slow withdrawal processing is frustrating, as I said after 3dice stopping this I have no issue now.

I've now deposited a reasonable 5 figure sum with 3dice and will continue to do so, after chatting with enzo on their chatroom I really like the way they are doing things and wish them every success for the future.

Like I mentioned in the America the Beautiful thread, I'm waiting for a third party audit.
After many, many hours of multi-correspondence including but not limited to reading reports, reading and writing e-mails (over 100+),phone conversations, etc. with all parties, I am no longer sure what an audit even is:rolleyes:. I have way too many always changing written and verbal final reports already so in the end I will just have to draw my own conclusions on the actions of all parties involved. Certainly a thumbs down for the industry as a whole, imo. I will make this response as my final post on the subject. Thanks, Garry:mad:

LOL, can't help it but that sentence is really funny! I guess it all comes down to the definition of "statistically normal" and if that in itself is equal with random. It's always bad luch and large numbers it seems. But I really enjoyed the "very" bad luck, as if it wan't only bad, it was VERY bad - in an otherwise statistically normal environment. To me it sounds like the pink elephant in the livingroom, :D

I just had to add a LOL here for that comment, it made my morning here, :)
(For all I know I'm the only one laughing?)

Merry christmas everyone!

And welcome to the forum ! :)

And dont worry, you will get your money, and they're fast too !
Word of advice, they've changed their banking section. They know allow for the player to decide if he wants to be able to reverse withdrawals.

Merry christmas :D
