3dice - Poor Returns

Interesting

I have re-newed faith! ( Well for the next half hour or so.) I use to be on English Harbour about 6 years ago. I deleted them for some reason but decided to give them another whirl since i deleted Club World. Deposited $50 and started on Jurassic Jackpots for 1.25 a spin. Got bonus round couple times and ran it to $330. Switched over to aces and faces 4 way at $4 a hand and ran it up to $504. Cashed out. There is a god! lol. I really like the software they use, they may have gotten one of their old customers back on board

Edit: Just hit for another 800$, interesting!

Now quit while you're ahead.

I've had some decent playtime the last 2 weeks. Worked 25 up to 300 and played on it for days before busting (yep, should have cashed out). Did a couple more small deposits and played for hours.

I play various slots and MHVP, low stakes.

I play 3Dice every day (or just about)...yes, it is high variance and I have a lot of deposits that I see no return an go through very quickly..However, i have also turned 50.00 into 500.00 , 700.00 etc. And then there are the numerous times I turn 50.00 into 200.00, but I continue to play and then give it back..Now, just because I did not withdraw, I should not see that as a lose as I had the opportunity to withdraw money ahead..I too, like to continue to play until I have a more substantial amount..Unfortunately, odds are you will put it all back in...But again, if you are ahead and have the opportunity to withdraw money ahead, you cannot consider that a loss against 3dice. It is a loss against our control....;)

That is true weplant :) ... For me that approach makes no sense (in your case it may). There are occassions where i turn 50 or 100 to double my balance. But then again, those occassions are few... When ive low rolled, there have been days where it took me at least 5 hours to get above my starting balance or get above double my deposit (small deposits) .. This is a very long time for a 'decent hit'

Generally people tend to agree, the Slots are high variance (irrelevant of whether they state medium or low variance) - Features that pay are scarce - 90% of the time u will win anywhere from 0 to 10x your bet and wont even get back near your starting balance. I have questioned whether im not hitting the cashout button in time or if im playing certain games too much or too long. I admit there have been occassions where ive neglected to cashout ( we all do that every now and again) but the majority of times, i never rack my balance up to anywhere decent so i can cashout.

We often see wins taking balances above 1-2k at other software providers on low bankrolls - this is rare at 3dice, unless you want to risk bigger bets and the variance will take u out 95% of the time.

I might be repetitive - but, the Slots are Great, CS is Superb, Comps are Wonderful - but the latter 2 are in place only because there is such a high rate of loss on the software... Maybe my luck will turn? But i wont risk much more and my deposits will definately be much less than they were...

Can Anyone tell me what their respective RTP's are on the Video Slots at 3dice?

While waiting for my cashing of $1200+ to go through on English Harbour, I decided to cashin my loyalty points which equaled 10 bucks. I spun for $1.25 on some big time slot or something like that and got the bonus on the second spin and ran it up to 70 bucks, then couple bonus rounds later im up over 200, cashed it out on top of my 1200.

Is it me or does English Harbour have some of the loosest slots out there right now? Im loving that site after losing over $700 in the last month on RTG and the fake microgaming sites.

Sidenote : I heard some people say how they LOVE the tournaments on Vegas Tech software. How could you love them unless you have an endless bankroll? I never played one and probably never will, i see that the $10 rebuy tourneys have a maximum of FIFTY rebuys? How could you contend with someone that does even 10 rebuys if you just enter and use the original $10 and not re-buy? Sounds silly to me, maybe i am missing something.

The EH group does have some good days for return, but beware, after you have had a day or 2 of good days you will equally have those dry spell days and you will be back to thinking this casino stinks, just like all the rest.

But, this group does seem to be one of the more stable ones at the moment, while it seems all the others are like lemmings over the cliff. So if I were to play anywhere again, it would be with this group.

Years back when I first started playing EH and some of the sister sites, I had the idea you couldn't never cashout from this group. Then got lucky a couple times and thought okay, this isn't to bad. After getting lucky a couple times, I started thinking it was a loose casino, well it's not really loose, but does have it's loose days.

I never however worried about being paid by them and in a timely manner. I never felt like they were just stealing my money as I felt with RTG. But keep in mind, there will be days when you will think they have uninstalled the free spins and bonus rounds.

As to the freespin/bonus rounds, I found they can have some really good payouts, not like playing RTG's T-Rex or something where after you finally get the free spins you win a whole $6 , but you can actually win some pretty decent amounts, that puts the fun back into why you deposited in the first place.

However just remember, anywhere you play to frequently, like daily or several times a week, will certainly remind you why they are in business.

As a former long time player, my two fav's were MG, before the migration and English Harbor.

As for the tourney's, I never got to serious with them. As soon as they start someone would have $10,000 score right off and I have never understood that, as their games aren't that loose. But the free and low rebuy ones, $1 or $2, can be fun.

Mavin1: But the free and low rebuy ones, $1 or $2, can be fun.
The free ones and these low obuyin ones were the ones I played (up to a few $5 and $10 ones)...I actually was lucky enough to cashout a few times in them and the one I did the best in was the free one and won over $700...Those are what I now play 99% of the time.

These freerolls run for different lengths of time...some expire in 24 hrs, some in a few days..just got to watch for them. For some reason I have not been able to play Millionairs Club ones..but EH ones ....

.

Good stuff Mavin. The only reason i stopped playing on EH was i started getting royal flushes out the arse on Riverbelle. I caught 2 in one night totalling $30,000. I have been playing online since day one of online gaming so I am quite certain I have as much expierience as yourself. I remember EH had drawings this one weekend where they gave out something like $20,000 in cash in 5 drawings. I received a " You're a winner! " email on saturday morning saying I won $3000 in the drawing, couldnt believe it. I logged on and sure enough there was 3k in my acct CASH, not bonus dollars.

Could lightning strike twice? Yep. Then next morning I had the same titled email in my inbox that I thought was the same one, and just forgot to delete it. I opened it up and said I was chosen for the $5,000 prize. Logged in, boom, 5k in my acct. That tells me right there that they are legit and actually pay out in those random drawing giveaways. Some people think they are phantom drawings that never take place but not with EH.

I already deleted club world and have 2 casinos remaining on my computer, EH and Riverbelle, both who have done nothing but stand by their word in the last 10 years plus. I am happy to once again be on board EH and thoroughly enjoy their software, and my 1st cashout the other day was absolutely seamless after updating my docs. Props to EH for being so easy to deal with, and having some software that actually pays out while these other casinos are digging their graves.

A quote from my email.....

This was from 2 weeks ago.

Thanks Just Play.. I am hovering a bit lower than that overall... Im no where near the 97% you have LTD...

The only reason my percentages are not lower is because of 1 or 2 hits i mentioned in my first post... havent played the games since and it will obviously have an influence on my overall percentages...

Im just concerned that percentages below 90 are a bit bad... percentages below 80 are just wicked...

This is variance. Just because the slots pay out 97%, this doesn't mean they pay out 97% percent to everyone. If everyone received a 97% payout then big payouts would be seen less often. This is in contrast to a game such as Blackjack which has much less variance. Slots are more like a lottery, right? What payout percentages do most people playing the lottery see?

Agreed - variance or no variance... High or low.. the RTP remains low.. thats the point im making

All Slots have variance, included in that variance (High/Low/Medium), the RTP should be fair

NONE!!! That's why there are so many posts. It's beyond ridiculous now, and like I said about 3Dice, the same goes for all casinos, players WILL realize it, some sooner and some later.

Yes, but for people like me (agoraphobic) or people who don't live close to casinos, it sucks!!!

That is why I will not deposit there anymore. I am not bad mouthing 3Dice at any means but I play in the tournaments and cannot win let alone playing real again. I have been playing a lot of the tournaments latley and have noticed certain ones build their points pretty fast some how? I like the site but like every casino, they are there to make money even though I had better luck on land casino's.

When a casino says slots 97% payout, they don't tell you which one, and 97% payout includes givaways, freerolls exct.......
