3Dice Live Chat

I'm trying to use 3 Dice's live chat to speak to support. I've tried a few times but all I get is "Department is currently unavailable. Please leave a message." when I try to talk to someone (after apparently connecting and waiting for a rep).

Does the live chat normally work okay at 3 Dice or is this a regular thing?

just open the chat client and talk to a rep
Thanks. Did you chat via the software or the website? My failed attempts were via the site but I just now connected fine via the download and chatted to a very helpful and friendly rep (Ellen).

Edit: think I misread your post, thought you'd just chatted to them yourself.
