3dice getting worse not better

they having problems with sending bank wires ( banking issuse) wont reply to emails except to say your wrong or to show you how much you have cashed out over the years.. thats kinda like telling power company ive paid you so much dollars so i dont care if i pay you any more .. sooner or later the lights would be out.. or they resend you an email asking for the same thing you sent them to start with ..and then hear nothing for days .. years ago i would have said this was the best site yet .. but over the last year or so they have just gone down hill .. every thing takes longer and longer .. if they cant handle the players emails or inquires then they should hire more staff to do so .. but ive played on line for years and find when they start to have problems with cash outs that doesnt seem to stop .. it just gets worse as the time goes on ..

Does your power company have online slot machines? If not, then I'm completely lost.
 
Ummmm, now that's odd, complaints on 3D concerning slow payouts and bad customer service are so rare I always approach them as suspicious. I bet if we had the other side of the story, someone is pissed because of a losing streak. Re: regarding the support, I gotta wonder if you are presenting the whole story on that too.

And what does the 3Dice forum rep have to say about it? If you have a particular complaint, please go up to I-Gaming Reps tab at the top of the forum and look for 3 Dice. Click it, then look for the Send Private Message link on the left side of the page.

my point being why would they have to tell me how much i have cashed out over the time i have been a player with them.. the point is they havent paid out this time around ... imean you want to show me how much ive cashed out over the years why not show me how much ive spent and i went intoday and again asked where my cashout was.. but again after 30 mins of waiting i didnt get a response from the support person that was on line at the time.. 2 emails of me asking them to put a trace on it .. as it hasnt showed up at my bank and my bank has no record of it even coming through .. but yet i dont know if 3dice is tracing it or not as they havent responded to that email.. so yes i think they have gone down hill since i started with them a few years ago .. that my opion .
 
Interesting. I literally just got my wire from them in two business days, and it wasn't chump change either. Your best bet is to PM them; I agree with the others, I am quite suspicious.
 
Sam, have you tried going into chat and pm'ing whatever rep is on? I'm pretty sure you will need to speak with Anna, the floor manager, but whoever is on can tell you when to reach her.

3Dice has been totally awesome with me. Quick response, personalized responses, and excellent service.

They are one of the best casinos out there.

Stop playing online. You are dealing with an extremely complex and sleazy business arena, beholden to no laws whatsoever.
 
Have to disagree 100% with the threadstarter. 3Dice is the best, has always been, and continues to be with regard to customer service. There is absolutely no question about that in my mind. Frankly, I feel they are getting better.

I will say this: over the last month or so, when I have attempted to contact chat support, maybe three times I've been prompted to leave a message, because the chat operators are busy. But I don't like to do that, and two out of the three times, I have simply gone back to chat 10 or 15 minutes later, and successfully contacted one of the reps - all of whom, by the way, far exceed my expectations of service.

I know I sound like a shill, but I'm not. There are a lot of reasons I feel as I do, from my experience as a long-term player there. If I had any second thoughts, I don't believe I would have posted here in this thread. I don't post much as it is, but on this, I did feel compelled to do so.
