I closed my account with 3 dice due to many dry spell........and I complained about it (as I usually do.)
Couple weeks later, after I saw some of Tim5ny screenshots, I thought, if Tim wins (he never does) I can too.
I send Enzo a "nice" e-mail asking him to reopen my account............I didnt even got an answer.(very nice Enzo)
Now if they refuse to reopen an account which (potentially)can lose 30/50 grand a year, that means they can do withouth it....take your own conclusions.
I bet 1k that, by the end of this year 08,most of us, actually of you guys, at least 90 % ,wont be playing there anymore.( my strong believe)
I did make this forecast few months ago to a friend of mine on the forum(long before I closed my account)......still I wanted to be wrong........but after this ......I can bet on it.
    bye Enzo & gang

This is maybe not what you want to hear, but I feel that if you send the casino a message to close your account, then that is it. There is no turning back. My opinion is that it is a good thing that casinos don't reopen accounts easily like that. I mean, if people with gambling problems (not saying you have a problem) send emails about the closeure of the account. Then it would be bad if the casino reopens that account for the gaming addict, just because person has the urge to gamble.

Sorry, that is just my honest opinion.

I kid you my friend. Or do I? hmm :) You know that 3Dice would probably be willing to reopen your account with limits you both agree upon. They might even do it with a quickness, they might have you cool-off for awhile between request and activity. That's looking out if you ask me, not poor customer service.

Can some people here understand that an executive of a fast growing casino might not have the time to attend to everything all the time per customer service? And I hope we all understand that any casino can accept or reject any player for any reason and they really aren't under any obligation to say why.

I think 3Dice is here to stay.

There will always be players coming and going from casinos.

How long ago did you send the email? If you didn't get a reply you could try asking on live chat, or ask via PM in the chat room.

Why exactly do you believe 90% of people will not be playing there?

As lojo mentioned 3Dice is growing real fast these days, and many of their customers (including myself :)) may have to realize that the casinomanager has tons of things to do besides being everyones personal casinohost :D

Live support and support e-mail has been nothing but excellent the times I've used them.

Im sure they will help you out and I'm sure they DO appreciate your business.

I closed my account for 3 weeks and asked them to reopen it and they did right away. Infact , that's when I won the $650, it was one day after I reopened it.

Ive emailed Enzo and waited almost 2 weeks before a response in the past. Im sure he will get back to you. Did you break on good terms? If you did, Im sure he is just busy. They will want your business my friend. Im a low roller and didnt think they would want me back (i complained as much as you did lol)

It's faster if you PM them rather than email support (IMHO)

Kakata........I don't mean to come down on you hard, but it seems as if you are losing at fill-in-the name of the casino on a given day, you get angry and close your account. From the sound of it, it sounds like your gambling budget it pretty large so it's understandable that you would be upset if you are losing large amounts but still it might be good to take a step back and cool off for a while before you take the extreme measure of closing accounts. Also making veiled accusations won't score you any points either.

i don't wanna fight with you either k, but come on homie you realize that every other post you make is a rant because of losing at some place or another so it's obvious to everyone here that you need to step back take a deep breath and assess your situation, because if you trully hate to lose like i feel you do then gambling is not for you, because everyone loses more then win thats how these casinos continue to open multi billion dollar casino hotels ya know.so i wouldn't want to walk around pissed off all the time because i kept losing i would find something that didn't cost as much and that i was actually good at

I am asking as his friend. Can we just drop this for now? I just think he vented and needs to take a deep breath. Please trust me on this and respect my request.

If not, I still wont hate you:) but I really think he's very frustrated and wrote this without thinking it through.

I don't agree with your prediction, Kakata, as it seems there are a lot of players who think that 3Dice is just the best casino ever. I've certainly gotten hammered here in the forum for suggesting they are overrated. My contention is that they are maybe a 6.5 out of 10, and that they could be much better. But I think there are too many sheep willing to blindly deposit their playing funds at 3Dice no matter what.

Now, I do play there, but mostly as a low roller or in their tourneys which are free or low cost. This is mostly because they are my best current option.

Unfortuately, in my opinion, there are a lot of players here that seem to confuse "best current option (in the US, especially in those states where MG does not allow players, they probably are)" with "exceptional" or even "great".

IMHO, their games are way too streaky to play there without suspicion. I have witnessed too many anomalies in playing their table games to think that all is completely random. I also believe that they have recently "tightened-up" most of their slots by reducing the frequency of the payouts.

To be fair, they have shown some good qualities. They payout fast, have a decent comp system, and even exhibit good customer service. On the other hand, their software is proprietary, and as such it is unproven, unchecked, and 3dice answers to no one.

But no, Kakata, it will be more like 90% that will continue to play at 3Dice. Just read the responses to this post if you think otherwise.

Trollinguist. You could have and still can state an opinion or relate facts objectively, I'm sure there is a community college near you that will teach the skill if you don't currently possess it. If you can master the language so well, you can master the execution of it, and that fact leaves me believing my first word here.

    :) Kakata!

Sheesh! That's a counter-productive way to try and get your account reopened... don't you think? (maybe?)

Enzo's a reasonable guy. I'm sure you can work things out with him if you take a softer approach and maybe try a few other avenues to contact him other than this forum. How about the live chat at 3Dice? You don't have to have an account to use it.

This is a predicament for Enzo. If he reopens the account and Kakata loses a princely sum, what will be his reaction? Maybe this wont happen but it is still possible that he may shift the blame on the casino for reopening the account despite having told him to close it.

Then if Enzo does not reopen the account Enzo is accused of not listening to players' concerns. So what shall it be, the previous Kakata's wish or his current one?

I did ask AGAIN 3 days ago and still nothing............

    Kakata,

It's not a matter of how many times or nicely you have asked Enzo to reopen your account. Rather, you may have to convince him that you will not have any problems, financially or sentimentally, if the account is to be reopened. It may also be prudent to have a trial period with lower betting and deposit limits so that some observations can be made. Once the transition period is over the limits can be reverted back to where they started.

I only hope you well but this could well be in your interests and that you have no regrets in future. Good luck, anyway.

You'll have to admit Kakata, that you have done more than your share of bad-mouthing 3Dice on this forum. I know Enzo watches the forum very closely and probably made his decision to not reopen your account based on those remarks. Can anyone blame him? When you lose again is it going to be different next time? By the way... I lost alot in the last couple of days!:D(alot to me)

    Should I start a thread about it?:p
