    I have been a member here for a while and don't usually have much to say


    I have to say that this is by far the worst casino i have ever played.First..it has no info on how to get your deposit bonus and i had to wait 7 hours for a reply and finally after waiting those 7 hours live chat finally came on line.They should have the bonus claim info clearly marked somewhere so you don't get screwed

    Second there game play is slow and says connecting before almost every spin and i got disconnected 18 times in 20 minutes.Maybe it is my server but i doubt it since i played microgaming and rival before and after this unpleasant experience.And had no problems as usual.

    This casino is more trouble than it could ever be worth.Give out all the free money you want nothing could make me play this bad bad casino ever again.Other members be wary of them and there brutal customer service.


    Thanks for reading that is my venting today.

    I will have to stick with "meister" recommended as this is what happens if you stray off on your own

    I have found their CS pretty attentive, and in many cases fast. They may be slower out of office hours though.
    The software is quite different, and it is not intuitive how to claim promotions at first, but this was recently changed.
    They are still developing the software, and updates and fixes are frequent. They only have 5 slots, but they are 5 different ones, and more are in the pipeline.
    The slowness is likely due to the PC. The software is rich with effects, and will struggle on a basic PC setup. It is possible to tune this under "options", but again this is not intuitive compared to other softwares.

    Disconnections would have to be something for them to look into. It may be that they are growing faster than anticipated, and suffering peak time problems on either the server, or their own ISP.

    3Dice really needs a PC with a graphics card, on board graphics will sap processor power, and leave alot to be desired.

    As well as real money play, they offer a program of tournaments, similar to the Microgaming and Cryptologic offerings. They are either free, or paid entry. To be eligible for the freebies, a 50 credit deposit is required every 30 days.

    They have a rep here who can deal with feedback about the software, as well as complaints about bonuses, payments, etc.

    I am VERY surprised at a 7 hour delay by them.... I have always had an email response within about 1-10 minutes when asking questions. They even contacted ME when I played the first time and they noticed that I wasn't getting the 'full experience' of the games because I wasn't in 3D mode. They helped to set up my PC properly and I was very impressed with both the support and the 'full experience' of the 3D games.

    Not only that - I had a 'bad run of luck' one day... they emailed me, told me that my bad run was one of the worst they had seen and then put $100 into my account for me with no W/R!

    I think they are fabulous and I don't think 1 round is enough to be completely 'gloom and doom'. Give them a chance to make that up to you - I'm SURE they will (based upon my experiences).

    I'll have to agree with you in one point: It is better if you don't say much or even better if you don't say anything at all, especially, when it comes to blame a casino WITHOUT a real reason. And if you really feel you have to say something, then please do it in a decent way without spelling mistakes that give your post a ridiculous touch straight away (I am not a native english speaker and therefore I am allowed to make mistakes in four of the five languages I speak and write). I also had a look at your profile and saw that you are just 24 years old, which is typical for negative post authors or people that try to spread negative feelings in general.

    I can name you at least 4 casinos which really deserve to be awarded as the worst casinos ever, because they do try to screw a player in every possible way. But I'll save this for my next threads :). 3Dice isn't the worst casino ever and you shouldn't be so hard with them, just because your old machine can't cope with their software. There is always a solution to a problem. They would have given you the best support possible if you had given them the time and the chance. Instead of doing so, you just complain about their compatibility while ignoring your own incompatibility. This isn't right and it isn't fair!

    I have been playing at 3Dice for about 4 months now. I didn't have one problem with them. Never ever! And I am for sure not the one that deposits big money. My highest deposit was around $70. I am just a small player but they treat me like one of their biggest players. To be honest, I even cashed out more than I ever deposited with them. I'll try to post some lovely screenshots soon, so you can see it yourself. The support ist just excellent! They are friendly and fast. As fast as possible. You have to give them the time needed. They are there for YOU too! You can't compare 3Dice with big casino groups that have bigger/faster (?) customer support, but actually only idiots sitting on the other end! 3Dice support can help you through every problem. They know all about their software and everything about banking. They can really help!

    But the very best about 3Dice are the tournaments! They offer the BEST tournaments ever! You don't need to deposit and you can win real money! And the very best about the prize money is, that you can withdraw it immediately if you want! NO restrictions at all! If you win, it is yours! You can do with it what you want. If you play it, it will be considered as a deposit which means that you can actually play forever on their money if you win a few tournaments. Which other casino offers you (me / every non depositing player) this opportunity???

    I am not saying, you shouldn't be careful when you try a new casino. I am only saying that you better think before call a casino in a public forum. Have you given 3Dice a real chance to help you find your way through their software, games and rules? Probably not. And this is really sad.

    Anyways
    what really pissed me off was
    1st the fact that that members is with us already a few month
    and his 1st post was not a hello or anything
    noo it was that complaint post about 3Dice
    and even in my thread where people
    just have to post that they want to join our exclusive tourneys there.

    7 hours to wwait for a reply
    is not that long
    if you are gambling online at more places
    you have to admit that there are many casinos where you have to wait
    24 to 48 hours to get any reply.

    3dice is an allone standing casino
    and they are treating their players excellent.
    Payments are made fast,
    even to USA players.

    I am sorry you have the problem thart games are slow
    but this is sure not the norm,
    it runs perfect for me.

    First off, I understand and even appreciate your frustration when things dont work 'straight from the box'. I'd prefer that any day over a no-care attitude and I appreciate that you took the time to email me in the first place. We did however promptly .. and friendly reply to all your emails, and would've - and still will do anything to help you out. Its regrettable that you choose not to take us up on that ..

    I still prefer support to be handled via email, it will obviously be faster than me stumbling over forum posts ;). I allready replied to your post on another forum a couple of days ago - you may not have seen that .. I'll do you the same courtesy here, and once again, we are still more than willing to help you resolve the issue !

    The 3Dice software is designed to use the 3D hardware available in your computer to produce richer and better graphics, in an effort to provide top-notch entertainment. Although today most computers are equipped with sufficient hardware to handle this task, some older systems are still not up to par. Instead of completely abandoning these users, the 3Dice software has a compatibility mode that will allow it to run even if no 3D hardware is available, albeit, slower and less impressive.

    It is a difficult call to make .. we either disappoint the 5% that does not yet have the 3D hardware, or we disappoint the other 95% by delivering a product that does not reach its maximum potential. I understand this is of little comfort if you are amongst those 5%, although we have excellent technical staff available, and in some cases the problem can be resolved by simply updating the video driver.

    I can understand the frustration if things don't work like they are supposed to, and I would still be happy to try and see if we can get things straightened out on your machine.

    I would be frustrated also if I was disconnected 18 times in 20 minutes . No need to get personal and insulting with another member .
    Just because one person doesn't have a problem with a casino doesn't mean noone else will .

    Ni, I agree, you were harsh. And the cut about the spelling was NOT nice. (I see your interest is languages and your occupation is Linguistics ) I also see your favorite Casino is 3 Dice so I understand the passion.

    I recommend that the "beware of 3 dice " title be changed as there is nothing to "beware " of. Enzo seems to be on top of it, as always.

    I agree. At first it seemed no big deal as the issue was addressed and sorted in typical 'best customer service in the industry' style - and the thread disappeared. But it keeps popping up and someone just browsing the headers and not reading the content could be mislead.
    I know they don't like to edit or censor the forum, but the OP really ought to request the change to "Resolved" if nothing else. Was it resolved to your satisfaction, kassiap? If not, why? It looks like 3Dice attended to your concerns.
