Agreed... Enzo and I did have a very long chat about the technical issues along with other thing. I got the new update and tested it. I had one timeout issue immediately with the new software on Coral Clams bonus round -- I let it time out and it crashed. Enzo said he could see I indeed timed out and he'd work on it. But there's no questions its GREATLY IMPROVED so that is a good sign.
We also had a talk about their transparency at their status website. has anyone seen that? it's amazingly transparent. All the big hits from all the players posted, plus random jackpot wins, but breakdown of which games have the best chance of paying 1000x your money and who has hit those. All kinds of neat stuff. I've never seen a casino post that kind of info. I was impressed.
With that, I definately will give them a chance to get thru these latest crashes. Having a technical background, I also gave Enzo numerous suggestions which I'm hoping he'll take fwd. They have alot of great ideas for later this year so if its still crashing, just check back later.
Oh and I did get a decent 350x bet win on Medieval Moolah.. i missed the picture but oh well. I did my first cashout of the year (on any casino) and had the money in my Quicktender in 20mins!
i told my Platinum VIP rep at Microgaming that (which has a 48hr wait) and he had no comment other than to say nice going on my win. Amazing. 1 million VIP points with MG Casino Rewards and they ignore 99% of the content of my emails... but I have a few problems with 3dice and Enzo has it resolved for me right away.
While I admit the games are very very very high variance and hard to win, they definately offer some unique things and a great customer experience.
Now if they can come up with about 20 to 30 new video slots (compared to MG which probably has 100+) and set some of them to allow for more playtime and better paying features, then we're set.
He also said they routinely during the year TURN ON progressive jackpots. I havent seen that but will look fwd to checking back in on that.
So anyway, yes, the latest fix does seem more stable. I'll keep testing, but I think this thread might be 95% resolved.
