32Vegas casino - makes me wanna go hmmmm

gambling god

Dormant account
Now i don't find myself complaining all too often. But my senses tell me this ones rotten.

Today i noticed that 32red casino had a 320 % bonus on a first deposit. I took advantage of it and recieved my bonus with no problem at all. I of course lost ( lol ) and recieved an email about a second deposit bonus. ( 80% ) and I again took adantage of this offer. My deposit was more then $500.

Now I got this up to about $1300 and I felt i had met the wager requirements but wanted to be sure. I called support ( IM in Canada ) and their number listed on their front page was out of service. I then contacted online support and asked if I had met the wager requirements. They looked at my account and then came back online and said they could not check to see if I met the requirments because their system was down. An obvious stall.

I then asked if I could call later via phone and get my answer. They said sure. I asked for the toll free Canadian Number and they replied they did not have a toll free Canadian number and gave me some crazy long distance number. I asked why they have a Canadian toll free number listed on the website if it doesnt work. They never did reply and i was just waiting.

I called later and they still could not tell me. Funny they cant tell me when I have $1300 waiting to withdraw.

Now, I email them to ask if I can withdraw, no reply to that yet, but sure enough they add a $10 bonus to my account for no good reason. I know as an experienced gambler why they did it, to increase my playthrough requirement so i dont withdraw my $1300. I told them to take it off my account.

I then again asked for an answer to my withdraw question. They said call back in 15 minutes. and thats where it stands right now.

Does anybody agree these guys are a little creepy?

Tty all

Misleading!

Perhaps you meant to say 32vegas? They have a 320% bonus, but I'm not aware of 32red having one.

I brought this up to Ed a couple of weeks ago. The prominent use of the color red, and the font used in the logo are very misleading. There are more subtleties an advertising professional would catch, and as that’s what I do, I related them in some detail to bring them to Ed’s attention.

I was concerned they would piggy-back on 32Red's excellent reputation, and the worse-case is they tarnish that reputation with confusion.

That is exactly what has happened here, as it is 32 Red getting the headline, and not them about their deceptive tactics.

I hope Ed lets the lawyers loose on these guys! Abominable behavior!

Yes, Im sorry. 32red is a great casino, I meant

32 VEGAS

ty for pointing it out

Um you may want to edit the thread title in your initial post to state 32Vegas and not 32Red.

I hope Ed lets the lawyers loose on these guys! Abominable behavior!

I agree. In fact I think 32Vegas may make my own rogue section as a result of trying to ride on the back of 32Red's good name.

I tried to edit the title, but was unable to. Sorry.

Hopefully Spear or Simmo will be along soon and look after it. I agree with the other posters about the name of this casino, I'm not impressed, and it does make you wonder if they deliberately chose a name that could mistakenly be associated with a top notch casino. About a month ago, I received an email from some forum (can't remember where) saying they were offering a $15 n/d bonus with 32Red. I go to look, thinking "this can't be", lol. Sure enough, it's this 32Vegas. I emailed the forum admin, who did change it right away. Probably won't be the last time we see the same error.

If I were you I'd be cool for now and try to work it out in private. Be calm and polite and keep records of the terms of any offer you receive, and the dates and content of your communications with them.

I thought it was worthy of note in reference to the "other thread" that even a group as shady as cpays does not have confiscation terms.

EDIT: Not for excluded games I mean.

Why is it that 32Vegas like many Playtech's try to install their rubbish on my PC when I visit their site. Don't they realise this type of marketing DOES NOT WORK!

If I want to download a casino, I action the download. I don't like any websites that try to install software on my PC which I have not initiated.

I tell ya

Im about "this" close to creating a website against all online gambling. I have been scammed and ripped off more times then not in the past two years and I am running out of casinos to promote. Evil casinos, bad affiliate programs, freebie hunting gamblers and over all, Im betting my website would be more full of evil in the gambling world then you could shake a stick at. Honestly. How the hell did I get involved in a buisness so questionable to so mnay people. There should be no need for a person like casino meister. I say screw the buisness and the casinos the casinos that have been honest, sorry, but there are too many scammers out there making it hard for you good folks.

I think I just may do that.

Experienced gambler :what:
Then why you playing at 32vegas :D

I have recently played at this casino and took up the 320% bonus.
All was going ok and i stopped playing one day after completing roughly 95% of the wagering with about $300 of the bonus still intact.
The next day i checked my emails ( luckily before i started playing ) and found that they had put an extra bonus of $30 in my account.
Apparently i was a v.i.p
There was no reference to wagering requirements and the alarm bells started ringing.
I sent an email asking for the wagering requirements, and decided to wait before i started play again.
I couldnt believe the reply i got.. the wagering was 99x SLOTS ONLY, why on earth would i want to commit myself to another $3000 wagering on slots when i only had a little bit more to do on the original bonus, AND......wait for it.....you are gonna love this..........................it was STICKY
I almost fell out of my chair..... i just couldnt believe how generous they were being!!
Luckily i hadnt started playing or i am sure they would they would of made me play this out before cashing out.
Anyway on the plus side i sent them an email saying thankyou but no thanks and they did eventually take it away.
I finished with around $300 of the bonus intact and after about a 5 day wait from the date of my cashout i received the money no problem.
BUT this would of been a completely different story if i had inadvertantly took what is quite possibly the worst " free gift " i have ever seen!
My advice to you is be polite and patient and they will probably do the right thing.
WAYLANDER

!

I had a "spam" for this, and I did feel this was rather odd given that "32" is pretty much the trademark for 32Red. Had it been Microgaming, and not pulled that "ActiveX download stunt", I might have believed some relationship existed. They are certainly trying to confuse, with the 320% bonus.
I also found very little information on the site as to who they were, and what software it was (Playtech as it turns out). I could not easily navigate the site for terms due to the pop-ups and download attempts.

I do find Playtech slots pleasantly loose, but not loose enough for 99x WR!

The 99 x WR is for the free money only. The regular bonuses only have a 12 x WR with video poker allowed. That's actually some of the loosest promotions on the net ATM.

Quite,
But as soon as you get close they drop this extra bit in at 99x on SLOTS. I expect they do this as a "poison pill" to extend WR hoping the player does not notice. Once they play a game, they are tied in to the 99x WR - if they spot it, I bet they get "Jerked around" on the cash-in because they are a "pro" for spotting the trick!

I've played a lot at 32 Vegas the last couple of months and I have not yet experienced this or any other problems even though I have received 5-6 bonuses and won a rather large amount of $.

I DID receive $10 free at one time but I had no money in my account at that moment. Also the free money was hard not to notice as I both received a mail saying they had credited my account AND there was a pop up window when I entered the casino telling me $10 had been added.

I'm not saying what you suggest will never happen, just that I have been treated nice and totally fair by this casino.

Timing

Perhaps they should look at timings. certainly, 99x on slots is not the bit realistic for a genuine comp, this really makes it look like a spoiler. A genuine comp would have a WR similaer or less onerous than an existing bonus, and WAYLANDER mentions the bonus to be STICKY too, so cannot even be of benefit if the 99x could be made.

The trouble of these random bonuses is they do not go down well if they are added just around the time a player had planned to cash-in.

The way they market using "32" does not say much for their integrity, so it is not hard to think the worst when trickery accusations come along, they already try to trick you by downloading the casino when you try to look for T & C on the 320% offer. And "live chat" opens and a "sales rep" pounces before you can get the mouse along to "cancel" - I've never seen live chat respond so damn fast ANYWHERE - I would bet it isn't so fast once you have deposited!

You nailed it....
Back when I "used" to play playtech I would want to ask a question say, what bonus do you have for my first deposit etc. and some times they would come to me. But once I deposited it was like no one is home!!!!!!!!!

I'm normally just a lurker here, but this thread seems to me to be quite unfair. I have to agree with Oebro - I've been playing this casino for a couple of months and have received numerous bonuses, usually 45-60% with a 12x playthrough and video poker as an option. I have to admit that the first time I played there I was not impressed - I lost my bonus and most of my deposit - but I gave it another chance and my results since are more or less in line with EV. Payouts take about a week, which I don't like, but they tell you that up front so I can't complain. And if they want to give me free money to play the slots (which they haven't yet done) I'll take it and maybe get lucky. I haven't had any problems the few times I have contacted support, and I have no difficulty understanding their advertising, their website, or their ts and cs. I can't help noticing that most of the negative posts come from people who haven't actually played there - maybe they should give it a go.

Do you actually know how bonuses work?

THIS IS NOT A GOOD DEAL !

I had over $500 in my account which all bar a little wagering was mine to withdraw, this would of commited me to $3000 more wagering on SLOTS.
Where the H/A would give the casino roughly (not sure on exact H/A..5%ish )$150 back , and more than likely much more!
It would of been fine if i had a 0 balance as this is risk free ( asuming they dont carry over W/Rs )
BUT I DIDNT have a 0 balance.
If you dont understand this concept you shouldnt be messing about with bonuses.

WAYLANDER

Thank you waylander, I do understand how bonuses work and agree that there is a hint of sharp practice involved if they weren't up front about the conditions of this bonus. My point was simply that it is perfectly possible to have an enjoyable, hassle-free, and possibly even mildly profitable time at this casino - it's far from being the ninth circle of hell that people are making out.

I recently deposited there, a whopping $20 and to date they have given me over $200 in bonuses on this initial $20, $45 of if after I got cleaned out by the wagering requirements. If you are just looking to dump a 20 somewhere for fun, then sure I would recommend it, but don't ever plan on withdrawing as I think thier system is automatically set up to comp you the second you get within a buck of thier WR, making withdrawal impossible. But I suspect this is how all new casino's operate, I have noticed that the 'new' ones have outrageous bonus offers, whereas the more established ones have a reasonable comp system.
