32Red.... Not Exactly a Complaint

I played a lot at 32red after it came so highly recommended, while I don't have any complaints exactly, here's a recent chat session with support:

Carla: I can see that you have not yet claimed a monthly match bonus?

Well maybe this person you chatted with is not authorized to give you any bonus not posted on the website or allowed to give a higher stake bonus. You can email them and tell them to let the manager or who ever is in charge. They might give a something better then $32. If you live near any casino places mostly vegas but there is other places then just visit one and play their. Anyways just email them and tell them to send the message to someone in a higher position.
 
32Red is as good as it gets! Have you ever cashed in any winnings at 32Red? You will definitely appreciate them if you do. Quick and hassle free payments. What do you play? Hard to imagine losing that much without having a few good sessions.
 
Probably should have waited to see if they enrolled you in Club Rouge after that sort of wagering. But now they know you're not going to stick around....:cool:

Simmo is right. However all is not lost. They are a great Casino and it might be worth sending in an email to see what they can do - rather than use the live chat -as I am sure the person you spoke to is not authorised to process any other bonuses other than the standard $32 monthly bonus.

Just mention that you spoke to someone on live chat, but unfortunately they were unable to help and due to your recent wagering you would like one of the managers to see if there is anything they can do.

You may just be pleasantly surprised at the response you get back :)

As far as I know you only can get comps when you are a Club Rouge member.
Unfortunately they don't tell you which criteria they use for it.

I play now for about 1 month at this casino (chosen it because it is recommended here) and I very much appreciate their feedback and quick response to any question.Surely the best in communication that I know.

Sounds like the CS is poorly trained.

'This is all I am able to offer you' ($32 in the context of $8000) is a bad answer.

Better would be 'I will get our VIP manager to speak to you', or 'We have an exclusive 'Club Rouge', perhaps this would be of interest'.

She closed the door pretty well on you there.
 
32 Red - AWESOME is the only way to describe them

No one should say anything bad about this casino (32RED). I'm still sitting here owed 5 figures from African Palace 4 months after cashing in in June. Now THAT'S a place you don't want to play. All the bonuses in the world don't make up for winning and not being paid by a casino.

32Red---you win, you are paid within 24 hours. I don't care how much it is. I don't play for the bonuses there. I would have to agree for a VIP the bonuses aren't much....but I don't care. Their service is TOP NOTCH, and the payouts are lightening fast.

Once you win and DON'T get paid....you'll appreciate those that understand that we're are here to win and get paid...not sit around for 4 months begging for our money.
 
Lawnet - 32Red Casino is class. I personally know several people that work for 32Red and I can assure you they have some of the best staff in the industry.

As I have already said, if lefkada sends in an email to them asking for a manager to look at the situation, then lefkada may well be pleasantly surprised.

Just to back up what Sookie says about payments. I have been promoting 32Red for a couple of months now and they are also one of the quickest affiliate payers around - You always get paid out in full at the beginning of the month.

That said whether or not they have the best staff in the industry, in this particular case assuming that the OP really did lose $8,000 there, they would want to keep him as a customer. Saying 'we can't offer you anything' was, according to the available facts, not the best course of action. Saying 'Unfortunately *I* am not able to offer you anything, but I will tell our VIP manager to take a look' would perhaps have been better.

There are dozens of near-identicalmicrogaming casinos out there, most of which are pretty good, and I'm sure any of them would be delighted to take this man's business.

When a casino will spend $100 or more to acquire a single customer (and clearly high rollers are more valuable than that), you'd think that they would spend 10 minutes to try and keep them

I have played at 32Red, and I suggested earlier that they should have live scoreboards with wager tournaments as it was dificult to compete without knowing where the finish line was!
A month later came the Pub Fruity tournament, with a live scoreboard. Sadly, it didn't work at first, but 32Red have improved the underlying software, and point out that CS can give you a manual update on request if said scoreboard has suffered a setback.
This is positive action from player feedback as should happen!

Club Rouge invitations are sent out by the VIP manager, and players are normally referred every 2 months or so. You can express an interest in Club Rouge. I lost only half what you have, and got in after about a year. The match is then 132, and there are occasional tournaments only for Club Rouge. In August there was Red Ruby Relay. Top prize was 6000 credits (No, this is NOT a typo for 600!!!). The eventual winner had 300,000 rubies over the month. At 1 per 10 for tables and 2 per 10 for slots, this would be a table wager of some 3 Million credits, although could be a lot less if done on slots taking advantage of double/triple ruby promotion days.
Clearly, these is scope for very considerable bonuses based on wagering. If you lost $8000 at 5% house edge, you could have wagered some 160,000, on JorB this could have been nearly 2 Million at 0.5%. This would have been enough in August at Club Rouge to get back $3000 for second place, along woth 200,000 rubies for $2000 - you would have been comped back $5000 for the $8000 loss to expected house edge WITHOUT considering the other promotions. I seriously doubt you would get this anywhere else.

Clearly, Club Rouge is the way to go if you are prepared to wager at that level on a regular basis.
Best bet would be to E-mail in your desire to enter Club Rouge based on recent play history, and wait for the next review. I cannot see 32Red wanting to keep you waiting if you are prepared to deposit another $8000.
Don't deposit any more till you hear from them, or till the next month, and then just for the bonus and a little more on top, this should get the attention of VIP when they review the stats (they may presume that $8000 may have ended up elsewhere that month!).

I agree that Live Support could have expressed this better as suggested above. CS are limited in what they can offer, but they should refer to a higher authority in cases where they feel they cannot offer enough themselves, and know that more could be on the table from the VIP managers if asked nicely.

Exactly! Not dissing 32Red by any means, but I've cashed out at other MG casinos that paid within 24 hours, plus I didn't have to be a VIP to receive comps.
 
Without wishing to sound harsh (and unlucky on the losses - been there many a time!!), surely you should not expect comps AFTER losing at an online casino - and accepting all their terms and conditions??!

You make a casino choice based on the information you have to hand in advance, then gamble away hoping lady luck falls in your favour!

I play at 32RED most often because they are by a million miles the most reputable and friendly place out there. Sure I lose sometimes, but when I win - I ALWAYS, ALWAYS get paid promptly and without fuss. Moreover, as a long term loyal player - I find the club rouge monthly match more than fair.

Like I say, bad luck on the losses this time - but stick with 32RED. Seriously. Over time and as a loyal player - you'll find them to be the best in the business, bar none.

Ok maybe I am biased but anyway here goes:

Fast painless cashouts. Great Customer Service and when errors do happen or in this case whereby queries haven't been passed on up the chain, they do and can get resolved easily - Hence my suggestion to send in an email to get clarification from one of the managers.

Also the thing that sets 32Red apart from most other casinos is the fact that they actually care about their customers - I can assure you there are not many online casinos that spend as much time and care in ensuring player retention and that a players experience on their site is no less than 100% enjoyable.

The team at 32red is small in comparison to many other online casinos, yet this is actually a good thing - Customers are not regarded as a number making up the overall picture. There is a personal touch involved and the likes of Ed and Pat have also been known to speak with customers on a regular basis.

Hence they are my favourite casino, alas as I live on the rock I am unable to play there as Gibraltar is one of two restricted territories - due to the offshore licence they have. :(

In short 32Red are well worth sticking with as to be honest, there are not many online casinos that can hold a candle to them when it comes to the overall experience of online gaming.
 
Just wanted to update everyone on this, a VIP manager did contact me after reading my post and gave me a more than acceptable amount of comps as well as membership in their Club Rouge. I'm more than satisfied. Thanks everyone!

All this hype about 32red is amazing, there are lots og MG that are just as good as them.
You shoulden't need to post in a forum to get noticed after that kind of wagering.

2 weeks ago I got hammered at Phoenician for 5k and within days I was a platinum member receiving $40 for every 1000 points. They also gave me some very nice free cash without even asking them. I have since then tried the instant payment and it blew me away, was in my neteller in seconds :D

Same goes for lake palace, they almost throw money at me :eek2:

This is no surprise to me. I knew it was going to happen. Good luck with your comps! Stick with 32Red and they'll take care of you.

I cannot believe how tight this casino is with comps. In the first place, there are NO default comps here. That is at loggerheads with pretty much ALL other Microgaming casinos, which offer anything betweem 0.02% and 0.1% comp cash.

In the second, to lose 8K and be offered $32 for a deposit is...lol, no comment required.

Glad to see the forums came to the assistance once more. That it was required for what is paraded as the Number One Online Casino is bizarre in extremis.

Yep, and yet 32RED remain head and shoulders above everyone else.... Why? Because they're different. How easy is it to just by default let players have the standard MG comp offerings that every other casino in the world offers? How much better is it when you feel like you're being looked after, and treated like an individual?...

I've played at 32RED for over 18 Months now, and they continue to just do business better than anyone else. A lot of it is hard to quantify in a post like this - they just do... Anyone who plays there regularly understands.

I suppose being at the top you're always going to get people trying to knock you down... I'm just glad they stick to the principles that make so many of their loyal customers so, um, loyal! Cheers 32RED!

Not only that. 32Red is one of few MG casinos not offering InstaCash option for Neteller. About 3 month ago I opened an account and lost $2000 with no bonuses, besides I had to pay almost $180 to Neteller to make InstaCash deposits. I sent an e-mail to 32Red asking if I can become a Club Rouge member and the answer was I was not qualified. Needless to say I don't play there any more.

yes, they really do need to offer instacash...I agree.
