They do however have a reverse withdrawal period, you need to live chat or e-mail support if you want the withdrawal flushed immediately.

I've no doubt that 32red is good as casinos go but personally I've found that the best casinos I've played at I have no idea whatsoever what their customer support is like. I've never needed to contact them! Sure at 32red you have to ask for your bonus once a month but unless you hang around and chat about your cat or something I don't see why you'd want to have much contact with CS.

Not having a go, just puzzles me how everyone raves about their support when in theory they shouldn't need one.

I feel the same about a casino. Only time I should need one is when want to contact them and I want my instant payout lol..:thumbsup:

It's true, and I'm sure one of the reasons 32Red support is so fast is that the way 32Red operates, they are very rarely needed!

BUT, as with any other online Casino, you may run into some problems, e.g. Neteller deposit vanishing into thin air, or some other network related problems, or technical/software issues. That's when a truly good CS team such as 32Red comes in handy. They'll fix things in no time

I agree! Moreover, it's things like requesting your monthly 132 match or asking for money to go back to a specific place... Day to day stuff that can seemingly be a nightmare with a lot of online outfits. Never with 32RED... You ask, they do. Immediately, if not sooner!

Can't say it enough - you simply get treated like a valued and respected customer, and it makes all the difference in the world!
 
I have only used the the CS to ask for the monthly match bonus recently. E-mails are answered within minutes, live chat responds immediately. In comparison, I had the misfortune of having to deal with the live chat at a Playtech casino, where I had to wait 17 minutes(!) until there was someone available.

Once I cashed out when I was a little short of the WR, and they processed my withdrawal, just sent me an e-mail instead of reversing my withdrawal, removing the bonus or branding me a bonus abuser. This is the sort of thing that generates goodwill.

This is further evidence still that 32Red is in a league of their own. What other casino would have handled this with such style?

They are just a quality outfit. I've never had problems with 32Red (unless you count losing a time or two on slots) :)

I never feel bad forwarding my players to 32Red.
 
I've made less than 10 deposits at 32 red and I emailed them yesterday asking for a birthday bonus (mine is on Sunday) and they put $10 in my account.

Now that was very nice of them to do that.

The only thing I don't like about them is the western union deposit time frame - it's limited - but hey, that saves me money.

Other than that, I have all good to say about them.

Just my two cents.

They put $200 into my account last week because they say ive had a bit of bad luck lately and they hope my luck turns around, well i lost the $200 but was playing thunderstruck tonight and had 150 free spins in the space of 70 mins, amazing run.

I've been stuck in an unmerciful losing streak and felt I wanted to try something different. I decided to download and sign up at 32Red. Their CS was very quick to reply to my email before I signed up. I wanted to be very sure that I didn't already have an account there. Made 2 small deposits this week as a sort of taste test. It gobbled up my money so fast it made my head spin. I was playing the wrong games, obviously. LOL
 
On the strength of all the positive comments at CM about 32Red i have made 4 deposits there this month. Did the sign-up bonus and 3 small deposits after that, the last one being for their last draw promotion. I am one of those unlucky folks unable to win at 32Red. My sessions there haven't lasted long. The moment i start playing the account balance goes down, down, down, bust. I try several different games but they all are of the downhill variety. I'll stay away from 32Red for a good while now; am done confirming my bad luck there.
 
I know what you're talking about, Mousey. Losing streak sucks! I've been on one for a really long time now. Just - can't - win.

It's even made me sign up at a couple of new casinos for their signup bonuses so I could make my monthly allocation last longer...it's that bad. But that hasn't helped at all. My bonus goes poof, then my deposit vanishes into a wormhole of probability at the speed of light.

It'll end eventually, and when it does, I hope it happens at 32Red so I don't have to worry about anything..

32Red is by far the best online casino.

Well it's been 3 deposits now and i just cant seem to win at 32red, but i must say they go out of there way to fix a situation:thumbsup:

I had a problem regarding an email i received. About 4 days went by without any response, needless to say i was getting a bit angry. So i went back to live help and PM'd Mr.Ware as well. Situation taken care of that day :)

Nick in live help did honor the $32 old monthly match bonus email i received, and Mr. Ware added $50 to my account.

I can say this much the way they treat there players is enough to make me contiune to play there!! And when my husband knows i have lost at 32red so far and actually agrees with me on continuing to play there, they must be doing something right!!! lol
