I have been playing at 32red/nedplay/golden lounge for over a year and have deposited over 20k in that
time.
I used to enjoy playing the monthly 100% bonuses even though the amounts were not great but from last week I found I was not longer eligable for bonuses at any of the above casinos.

When I contacted 32red CS I was told that the bonuses were by invitation only and no other explaination was given.I did point out that 32red had never sent me a single promotional email and I was allowed to participate in the promotions previously.

If I have been bonus banned (athough why they should want to do that as the maximum bonus I have ever recieved was £50) at least they could have told me.

The only reason I can think of is that they dont want winners (I am well ahead with them).
but whatever the reason I am annoyed that as a loyal player making many large non bonus deposits
they have taken this action.

So you are disappointed with them but you are well ahead in winnings?!?
If you lost 20k in total to them I could understand somewhat, but this... come on.

This is a bit odd since 32Red don't bonus ban winners, and the OP claims to have made "substantial" deposits without bonuses.

The problem might be claiming these bonuses on 3 casinos in the group, rather than just the one.

If they were off the list, the claim form would not have let them claim.

Maybe 32Red have tightened up the policy somewhat, and it may be down to the manner of play, such as the games chosen and the bets made, such that after a year, the review decision was to delist the OP from the promotions.

I know that you can get bonus banned if a review shows that you ONLY deposit for the 100% monthly bonus. Now that they run several promotions during the month, rather than just one or two, it is probably easier for them to spot those players that are concentrating on "advantage play". They may have figured out that the OP is not simply ahead, but is playing a style whereby they will continue to get further ahead with no real risk of the casino winning the money back. This can easily be achieved with 32Red's current promotions and terms, but would be pretty damn boring to do as it would involve a fair bit of "grinding" after some looser play to build up the bankroll.

I mostly play the fruit machines at 32Red, and occasionally a few other games. My weakness is 3 card poker, and 32Red have often won back my previous withdrawal when I have not done all that well on it. I tend to avoid 3 card poker when using a bonus, so deposit without one when I feel the game has "rested" enough.

I have had some very GOOD runs on this game elsewhere, recently running a deposit of around £500 to a peak of £7000 during a session where I repeatedly hit 3OK. This is not normal of course, and normally it seems they DEALER hits all these top hands, and I barely see a flush, let alone a straight.

This is one game MGS should remove, and give me 4 more fruit machines - it would probably save me money in the long term.

I'd play the other AWP games in Flash if it wasn't so slow and constantly lagging compared to the download.

The fact that I am well ahead is irrelevent,that was achieved by risking my own money not through bonuses and I did not complain about how the games played.
I just think that a PLC and supposedly the best casino should not treat loyal players this way

Bonuses are not an entitlement. Casinos have the right to choose to whom they offer promotions, just as players have the right to take their play elsewhere.

Personally, I'm quite astonished that you would complain given you are well ahead - and yes that is relevant. If you mostly deposit without a bonus, then what's the big deal?

I 100% agree, why should we as players get penalized for winning. Its our risk, our money.
This has happen to me at goWild been recieving 2 promotions every week up till 6 weeks ago when i made a withdrawl since then now I recieve nothing. I wont play there any more because of that and customer service ignoring my e-mails.

One must understand that bonuses are not a surefire recipe for winning. However, when you regularly get them a sudden withdrawal with neither warning nor explanation gives you a feeling of being unwanted. Rival casinos are guilty of this and I am surprised 32RED does this too. In my book they are top-notch so I suspect they must have a good reason for dong so. Otherwise, well I will be very disappointed.

For quite a bit of time recently, there was a daily bonus for club rouge (VIP) at 32Red. A bonus a day, there wasn't much in my budget for depositing without a bonus.

I haven't got a promotional email in ages from 32Red. I made a mistake and hit deny instead of add to contacts with one that was flagged, and couldn't get it back. I've changed my email addy, all test emails, chat transcripts etc come through fine, but I no longer get any promotional emails. After a bunch of to and fro, I'm always free to ask if I qualify. If I wanted to spend more time trying to resolve it, I know they'd continue to work on it too. I'm happy enough with I can always ask.

Play at 32Red has not been problem free for me. But they fix problems in a timely manner, which matters more.

Sometimes the games disappoint me, or myself betting too big for my bankroll to rush a WR disappoints me, but 32Red doesn't disappoint me.
