Whine and Moan 32Red situation

Just to give a little update on this story.
After to be honest not thinking much more about it, suprisingly things have a turned around,
A few conversations with mark from 32 red, a decent guy it seems, I still couldn't find email from Friday, but mark we arranged an email from the pay team today, and after looking at my gaming history and way of playing and other aspects was decided in the end to pay what was left before bonus funds were seized.

like I say not really expecting it, but nice to see, and of course glad I was not to be seen as trying it on, and was just a mistake on my account.

This goes to show that what plenty have said about 32 red seems to be true in terms of a very good company.

The issue the other week didn't put me of on line gaming to much, but this as now filled me with a great confidence and a playing at ease.

Instead of closing the account I will be keeping 32 red now in top 3 now and certanly playing there again.

Again like the other day appreciate everybody's input and made it an interesting thread, and like I say I'm not just saying it now because of a good outcome, i was generally happy to have interaction and feedback on the matter either way.

Congratulations to you and respect to Mark and his casino. Take it as vilification in posting this thread and the power of Casinomeister. You would have got feck all if you where simply a chancer.

Glad things worked out for you Yorkstar :)

Wherever the blame or total innocence lies please take a lesson also from this.

Other casinos will not offer this sort of support/compromise or other alternatives and you were lucky to have Mark's input.

As I say not pointing the finger of blame anywhere but take the 'close call' on board.

Some places with simply point out term x.x One account per, blah, blah etc, regardless of how the duplicate account came about.

I agree, 32Red do like to protect their brand and will always attempt to strike a resolution with disgruntled players, unlike so many other casinos that would normally retort with a virtual middle finger.

32 Red always tend to not leave player issues unresolved and of course that will also still attract people that see them as a 'soft touch'. In this case it seems to have been sorted out and it's good to remind people why they are probably the most trusted brand still for customer relations.

It is the season of (rightly) praising them now, slagging them off is so six months ago!

Yes agree with all points, maybe need 1 of those casino books mina has to keep track, only have 4 gaming sites at the moment so you wouldn't think it would be that hard.

You and McGameboy should partner up. Imagine the logistical perfection. I mean he records every win at every conceivable betsize and -get this- he even mentioned the time of his hits the other day!! :Read:

I guess you wouldn't be that shocked then if I told you that I am also a Virgo.

Yorkstar, you are some lucky guy. :D This kind of thing will only happen here at CM and only at 32RED.

Sorry if i sounded too harsh in my posts but we see this kind of cases pretty much on a weekly basis and 95/100 of the posters are trying to blame it on the casino and pressure them into making the payment by going public with their issue.

Now write your user name on a big poster and hang it on the wall behind your PC. :D

Ok I will do that Harry, and like I say I'm sure you get people coming all the time with these stories, you don't know me to the next guy.
So in terms of harsh treatment I guess it comes natural now in this sistuation.

Just nice some seen they are some genuine mistakes that are made.

And yes agreed I think with most other companies any little thing out of the line, and you probably would get shut straight down.

Like I say not kissing bums or anything but big respect to 32 red and will certanly regard them to others.
