Whine and Moan 32Red situation

You may well be right. I wonder if a "legal high" argument would work better as its got legal in it ?

ha maybe!

But we see this way to often a person who never posts suddenly comes running in hoping to sway an argument in there favor all the while knowing they are only giving part of the bigger picture. And so many times the person has been found out. So yes call me cynical legal high or not ;-) Thats what I love about this forum though that the community will side with the casino when they think things are amiss as much as they will support players who have been badly done by from a casino.

Actually I applaud the fact that this forum is mostly self regulating ( Except when numb skulls break obvious rules )

The OP admitted to tweaking the user name, therefor he knew very well that he has an account with them already but went ahead and claimed the SUB anyway.

I just have to comment on this one particular thing you seem to be stuck on. It's absolutely absurd and ridiculous from your end to expect that players who sign up to casinos to have such an unique username that it could never be in use elsewhere. If his username is say, Yorkstar, I don't think that username is such a rarity no one EVER would have used such an username in a casino.

My username is pretty unique I'd say, and most of the time it's not in use, but there still have been times where it has been in use and not by me.

As to whether he's actually a fraudster or not it's hard to say, but you should not be using the fact he tweaked his username as a deciding factor that he indeed is one. That's bs and nothing more.

I would also like to note that I tried to create an account at 32Red just now by using Google Chrome's incognito mode to ensure that existing cookies are not interfering with the registration process. The system does NOT alert you at all despite you entering identical details to that of an already existing account. Emails and everything went through. It did NOT automatically suggest an username and a password either.

LMAO guys, can't stop laughing. :D

But let's get one thing said: 32RED will never withhold a payment, no matter how big, if the player is genuine. In my 4 years with them i have been paid on the dot like clockwork, many times 10-20K sums. I never felt anywhere else so assured that i will get paid.

EDIT: i do actually miss playing there to be honest. If they could just speed up payments

Yup!, Well said Mate

This is the reason they are my No.1 and I have recommended to many of my gambling mates over the years.

Peace of mind has to be top of my most wanted list!

The OP entered his usual user name and that got flagged.... it gives then a message next to the user name field saying: "you might have registered already an account" .... it doesn't say: "user name not available" (tried it myself as well to confirm it)..... at this point you would expect a normal player to contact CS to double check if he has indeed an existing account.... instead he slightly changed the user name and went ahead.

The T&C's state clearly: only one account per player, hence if something like that gets flagged then you don't just ignore it, especially when you want to take the SUB.

Only just logged back in but to mark red 32, I think I delete most emails so probably gone, and casinomeister sorry yes not trying to break any rules will sort out a pm out.

Again to the other posters I'm not trying to claim money back, and certanly no fraudster, I regard myself as an honest chap just at the time felt very well kicked in the teeth, and just wanted a bit of feedback from this well regarded forum.

In terms of jackpottyforums I've been on there for many a year just not posted to much, some other sites I have.

Only found casinomeister about a year ago again from another jackpotty poster.

It's worth checking your emails. The first was sent before you posted on here. Most email providers have a 'deleted items' or 'trash' folder.

PM me if you don't find it.

Edit: 32Red please - we spend fortunes on branding :)

Goatwack. Regarding going to great lengths on here and the other site, to get my story heard, first point is I wanted somewhere to vent, as I did feel pretty sick, and probably just wanted to here some more stories to make me feel better, that these things do happen to other people as well.

Also 2nd point both here and the other site have the online topic, and especially over there I did think it would be a nice little topic to bring up, and hear people's thoughts.

And yes deeplay, I'm not desperate, and believe it or not I do have a life away from online gaming and my I phone, so disappeared certanly not, to be honest it was a week ago now so the pain as gone, I'm glad it's been a decent thread though, and has I've said I just wanted a bit of feedback on the topic, and I definitely can't say that I haven't.

Well yeah, that's what I said. It was a lenghty post and not dissimilar to the one here, that's not meant to be derogatory.

We see new members become one-hit wonders around here all the time, they'll relay their hardship tales to us and slag off x y z casino, using the tactic to get some frantic rep scrambling onto the forum to rectify the situation and appease the player.

You have to acknowledge how it looks on the surface. Chances are you made a genuine mistake and I for one generally gave you the benefit of the doubt without going full-gun.

As you've stated, you don't want the money back anyway and that's a good start. You seem like an affable fellow and perhaps we'll see you around here contributing in future

Ok appreciate you will get many 'one hit wonders' and in music terms i do love one, but in this case its not me, but to you i suppose im going to say that.

At the time i was half angry at myself for not realising the other account, and half angry (angry a bit strong, i wasnt the incredible hulk or anything), well not quite, half angry at the casino for even letting me anywhere near the bonus stage, and nothing of this would be getting talked about, has i said the other day just glad i didnt wager all the way, with possibly an even bigger bank, that would of been a lot worse.

Hasn't put me of the online gaming just yet had goes with netbet, skyvegas, and coral, only try to keep 3 accounts at one time, but maybe after this it would be sensible to just to have 1.

But has others probably find the same sites can become, a bit stale, a change of scenery is sometimes nice, one of my main reasons for popping over to 32red, plus they have a cracking welcome bonus.:)

Indeed! They really should have a tagline for it.

"So good, you'll want to take it twice":thumbsup:

like I say only found this site around a year ago, and have enjoyed reading some good threads.
If there's some decent guys on here and I can see a bit I of humor, probably at the moment towards my part well I will certanly stick around. All the best.

I have a special casino book with all the names, passwords, comments etc as there are a lot of casinos out there and you can't remember all of them.

Yes I am organised I am a Virgo :D

No mistakes for me trying to sign up twice to any casino.

As far as I am concerned 32 Red have done the right thing and all casinos would do the same.

You and McGameboy should partner up. Imagine the logistical perfection. I mean he records every win at every conceivable betsize and -get this- he even mentioned the time of his hits the other day!! :Read:

Wow that is impressive, all I keep is my winning screenshots and file it in monthly order lol

Harry is another one that is so well organised and I think he would make a good detective as well.

You and Jonmincher should do a comedy duo, you two make my day, so funny

Just to give a little update on this story.
After to be honest not thinking much more about it, suprisingly things have a turned around,
A few conversations with mark from 32 red, a decent guy it seems, I still couldn't find email from Friday, but mark we arranged an email from the pay team today, and after looking at my gaming history and way of playing and other aspects was decided in the end to pay what was left before bonus funds were seized.

like I say not really expecting it, but nice to see, and of course glad I was not to be seen as trying it on, and was just a mistake on my account.

This goes to show that what plenty have said about 32 red seems to be true in terms of a very good company.

The issue the other week didn't put me of on line gaming to much, but this as now filled me with a great confidence and a playing at ease.

Instead of closing the account I will be keeping 32 red now in top 3 now and certanly playing there again.

Again like the other day appreciate everybody's input and made it an interesting thread, and like I say I'm not just saying it now because of a good outcome, i was generally happy to have interaction and feedback on the matter either way.
